PrimoHoagies is an awesome eating establishment. They always know their catering out of the park and their sides are incredible.... Primo Hoagies is pristine and sparkling clean. The layout of the store is so appealing. The owner, Felix, was so friendly and... welcoming as it was my first time in the shop. After choosing a delicious drink and side- and a perfect sandwich, I was metwith a big smile and fantastic customer service from a woman Elena. She made the experience above and beyond perfect! The priceswere reasonable, the quality exceptional, and the staff was amazing! This is the kind of service and quality that I would expectfrom a 5 star restaurant. I can?t wait to go back. Best sandwich chain, after you've eaten here, other sandwiches will never be the same for you again. The quality of their meats... makes jersey mike's seem like actual garbage by comparison. Oh, and did I mention its also actually cheaper than jersey mikes??The staff is friendlier too! If you haven't tried Primos, its a gem that you shouldn't miss out on! Read more

I am doing a project across the street and have gone to this store several times, but will not return again. The workers had me... stand there for 10 minutes while they handled the online orders. The sandwiches are average and the prices are high. I don'tbelieve the value for the food is worth it, and the handling of customers falls short. I would rather go somewhere else. Read more
