This has got to be one of the coolest locations for a brewery you'll ever come across. Located in an old foundry, the space is... large, with both indoor and outdoor seating. They have tons of TV's as well, making this a great spot to watch sports. The foodmenu is full of standard brewery fare, though the Detroit style pizza was a nice touch and was quite tasty. The pretzel was alsogood. They of course have a ton of great beers on tap. I recommend getting a flight so you can try a handful of their options.Service was friendly as well. Read more
The Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer was good - specifically because of the buffalo sauce. She had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts... appetizer as an entree and I had the Carnivore pizza - I would have preferred more sauce on the pizza. Service was great. Read more
It was my first time visiting and I hope I?ll be back. I got here by bike on the trail and it was a great stop. Cool aesthetic,... great food, and a perfect day, it couldn?t have been better. I got the Pickle Bacon pizza and it was a lot of food for oneperson, but it was good enough to keep going. The white sauce on top made a nice creamy contrast to the bacon texture and tangof the pickles. I do miss some sort of bottom layer sauce, but was still really good. Cool spot for a brewery. Food is pretty good for a brewery. The waiter this visit was very nice and on top of all the patio... tables, clearing plates and making sure our drink needs were met. Sabot is my favorite staple beer of theirs. The house madepickles are excellent on their own. I also think they make their own chips. Read more
It is quirky to come to this place, Know that parking is available as you go to the back end because all of the entrance parking... spots are made for the people who live there. This is a place to bring somebody or friends for its quirkiness. To be able tomake factory apartments and then stick a brewery inside of the same facility is pretty balsy. I wouldn't mind visiting somebodyhere and seeing how they have it set up. The rest of the reviews will tell you the same thing I'm going to say. I used to ride my bike past this years ago wondering what would become of it. What an amazing concept of a Brewery and... Apartments. The building is impressive to say the least and they have done an excellent job creating the Brewery with thecharacter intact. The service was pretty good and the wait was little long, it was not packed by any means. We ordered the BeerCheese and pretzels as well as the Sausage Trio, both were ok but overpriced for the quality. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken"KFC" Sandwich, I was so disappointed with Sandwich I didn't bother taking a picture. The beer selection and quality is verygood. Not sure if we would go back with all the other amazing breweries in the area. Read more
Cool location for a brewery! We came on a Saturday evening and they were busy with several parties waiting. They offer many... different types of beer so I suggest getting a flight to sample a few. I really liked the Escape beer....very unique butdelicious! We ordered a cornbread and it was ok. The taste was good but the texture was off-it was dry and crumbly. Othersaround us seemed impressed with their food so I would go back and try something else on the menu. Our service was excellent. Read more
Love the beers and food. I like all of the beers I've tried. Pretzels and beer cheese, the new style wings with the rub,... burgers, and Detroit style pizza (specifically Carnivore) - all excellent food options. Been there many times and will go manymore! Read more
