I would give zero stars if I could.!!!!!!! 1 is too many!!!! I just walked out at 830 pm I was just there and had the burrito... made and I asked person to eat there since they was putting it in a bag and the person told me to not stay too long since theywas closing soon. They close in 30 minutes. I told them to keep the food and that that was rude. The manager was not steppingup to apologize all he tried to do was give me the food for free in a bag.He was not friendly either. Haven't been there in years and I won't be back. Read more
The older gentleman who is working this evening appears to be the manager. He was extremely rude when he spoke and was bothered... by you taking your time to select what you wanted to order . This is the second time I have gone in there and had a rude personwait on me. That is not customer service that is pathetic. I feel bad for the young man who is working with this older rudegentleman because he is not setting a good example for our youth today. Rude employee. Never asked what I wanted or how can I help you or anything. Just walked up with a frown like I was an... inconvenience although I was the only person in there. Ordered a chicken bowel and pop was 13.89 and got about 4 tiny cubes ofchicken that was cold by the time I sat down to eat it less than a quarter mile from my home. I'm not even upset at the fact that the person behind the counter didn't acknowledge us. We patiently waited a few minutes until... another employee walked out from the back. We ordered a bowl and a burrito. They scraped the bottom of the bin and gave us thelast of the leftover dry, hard rice. The pork was tasteless. Parts of it were pink and complete mush while others were gray andhard as a rock. The man who built my bowl was slinging ingredients to the point that, I had a significant amount of items in mybowl that I did not order. I can't believe we waisted our time and money on inedible food. Save yourself the trip, go toLebanon, Milford or West Chester. The food was mediocre. There must be a shortage of pulled pork because we barely got any with our bowl and tacos. But the real... reason for the low review is because the two people working were probably the grouchiest people in the world. Ironically thesign in the window said they were hiring smiling faces. Very Disappointed in the Quantity of how much I get in a bowl, not to mention it was just thrown in the bowl. Employee with long... hair just dangling over the bowl as a serving our food. Pop machines have been broke down like for the end of the day, so when Igo to get pop it?s sprays everywhere. Someone needs to take a close look at the proper way to run a restaurant. Read more
Unfortunately I had to delete my 5 star review.. I've ate here for many years since it opened up and my visit today was... absolutely miserable and a on going problem I noticed.. my food was great and the employee's was awesome. but over the yearsthis place has had a serious problem with A/C... my visit today was 80 degrees inside the store and climbing, outside temp is84.. I've been told in the past the owner didn't like turning the A/C on (if true or not i have no clue) but I was only able toeat half my food and packed it up as I was soaked in sweat just sitting in the booth and mind you I'm also on a motorcycle... owner really needs to figure out this occurring A/C problem as I can only imagine having to work in a closed up building in thiskind of temperature all day and no air Read more
My mother-in-law tried to place an order thru phone to come and pickup since she doesnt do apps on phone because she is a senior... citizen, the person that answered said you can use the app to place order at which time she stated that she was a senior citizenand didnt know how to use app. Person told her oh well and hung up phone. This store has repeatedly ignored and belittledcustomers on many occasions and they should be ashamed to be business.
