Ordered carry-out, no cheese for a large 3 way (I asked and was charged for extra cheese) and sour cream inside chilito when I... specifically asked for on the side, because chilito was for someone who doesn't like sour cream and was going to be for a Greekchicken wrap. So, yeah, my 34 dollar order and three different meals all screwed up because simple instructions can?t befollowed. Called the store to have them remove these item from check and phone went to voicemail twice. Unprofessional andunacceptable. At least answer the phone and take responsibility for your mistakes. This Skyline location went from a 3.5 to a 1 star out of 5 in the past few months for me. I go through the drive thru after... work a couple of times a week and began noticing small quality issues with my orders like lukewarm food, lack of crackers, nonapkins, etc. Well, this last time the food actually was on the colder end of ?warm?, not enough chili on three-ways andincorrect items. I ordered 2 three ways-regular and large sized and what I received were a subpar, cold large sized 3-way and achild sized 3 way (also cold). And while they managed to remember the crackers they shorted me on cheese (provided 2 standardsize bags instead of 1 standard + 1 large size). I would not be writing this scathing review if they?d even responded to acorporate email detailing my poor experience. DO NOT spend your money here!!!! Read more
