Awesome associates, we ordered 2 large cherry limeades with our meals. Food was awesome but the cherry limeades were all... carbonation, the syrup must have ran out. I arrived at Sonics in Landen 09/26/2022 at about 9:30pm. Placed my order at the drive up speaker. I ordered a chicken sandwich,... a large order of onion rings and a RT 44 root beer. They would not tell me how much it was at the speaker. They just said to goto the window. After waiting at the window for about 4-5 minutes they said that it will be $10.14. Not a problem with that. 2minutes later they brought my root beer. About 5 minutes later they brought my order in a very small bag. I looked in the bagand there were no large onion rings , just a small order of fries which I never ordered. I asked the lady who brought my foodwhere the large onion rings, she said that they were out of onion rings. But they didn't say anything about that when I orderedit. . And offered me no type of compensation. This place has really gone down hill. I guarantee ???? percent that I am nevergoing there again. The chicken sandwich was just good. Food was at least 30 minutes late, and by the time it got here most of it was cold. The service was generally kind but had... trouble taking an order which was not all that complex. Our server visibly had dirt under their fingernails; I say this not tobe rude but that it doesn?t seem hygienic when you?re handling food without gloves. This location seems poorly organized. I never write reviews, and I never want to write bad reviews. But my experience with this place needs to be brought to the... attention of the restaurant. Yesterday after work I was tired and didn?t want to cook, so I drove to this location to grab somedinner. I waited 20 minutes in line, it was 6, dinner time, so I get that?s when things get busy, so I just listened to my musicand waited. I ordered a 5 piece crispy chicken dinner and a sweet tea. The sweet tea was awful, I couldn?t drink it. I?m notsure if they just threw some powder in some water real quick but it did not taste correct. Also while driving back I took a biteor two of chicken, without looking cause I was keeping my eyes on the road. And it tasted funny so I tried a bite of another oneand it was weird too. I stop eating it and when I get home I realize 3/5 of my chicken was completely undercooked. The staff Iinteracted with were friendly and I had no issues with them, but the food and drink I was given is really unacceptable. I hopeby bringing this to your attention you guys can work on ways to prevent something like this in the future, I know things getbusy and stuff happens, but I couldn?t finish/enjoy my food after waiting a good while to get it and had to spend the rest of myevening worrying about getting sick. Sonic used to be one of my favorites but has gone downhill fast. The burgers lately have been way overcooked and dry as a bone.... They switched out the foil bags for paper bags they use to cover their hot dogs. Now if you order a chili cheese dog most of thecheese sticks to the paper and ruins it. They also switched out their yummy dill pickles for nasty ones that are more likecucumbers. I hate that this happened. Read more
I hope the reason I sat in this drive thru about 30 min give or take was because there isn't enough workers. Also a greeting of... hello would have been nice but instead it was what can i get u? Then my food came messed up and i paid good money for the meal!It was my one treat for the week. I know that no restaurant has enough workers, I get it. This restaurant, according to the workers, had 2 persons working. I... don't have a problem with the wait times. I have a problem with debris in my drink. How does a lettuce core get into my drinkcup, BELOW the ice. How does the other unidentifiable things get into my drink cup? Where do you keep your stacks of cups, inthe trash? I know people are going to say, don't be so upset over this. I drank the entire drink, who knows what all I consumed. Read more
Went through the drive through. Which took forever even though I was the only car there. Not a big deal, I'm not one to be mean... if there's a delay. It took a good 20 mins to order after waiting 10 mins for them to tell me to wait and I had to repeat everypart of the order 2 to 3 times. Okay, I get it, people have off days/brain fog days. I get to the window and the guy there wasvery rude. He kept repeating my total and asking for payment despite the fact that I had my card outreached towards him. When hefinally took my card, he called me names. I'm guessing he meant to say it under his breath, but he said it at a normal speakinglevel. When I finally received my food, the whole order was wrong and items were missing. I didn't bother going back to have itfixed because I believed the rude person was the manager on duty. If he was going to cuss and name call for no reason, whatwould he do if I told him my whole order was wrong and i had food missing? This was my first time at a Sonic in years and Iwill not be returning to this location. I called corporate and all they did was offer me a free drink IF I downloaded the sonicapp. I asked about a refund on my order, but they told me I'd have to go back to the store and deal with that guy to get it. Nothanks. Still waiting on a call back from the general manager over being cussed at by their employee for no reason. Read more
