A small, family owned diner and food truck. The menu is simple and the food is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly.... Seating is available inside and out and there is a walk up window. The cheese steak and chicken parmesan sandwiches wereoutstanding and the sweet tater fries were perfect. Absolutely worth the trip! Read more

This was my first time coming to Kappy's and I have lived in the Orlando/Maitland area all my life. When I first arrived it... wasn't busy and the employees were standing around. I immediately noticed the grill was not as clean as it could have been. Ishould have went with my first instinct which told me to leave. There was a couple sitting down enjoying their food, so Idecided to order. My Steak and Cheese with HAIR STRANDS came out HOT AND FRESH! YUCK!! I could not believe it! Subs were good best place for a Philly cheesesteak. Interior was a classic 1950s look
First visit there. Ordered a Philly. Wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst I've ever had. The bread was better than the filling.... The filling had little to no taste/seasoning. The cheese was under the meat and seemed to be more on ends of the sub & not allthe way thru. Kids had nuggets & waffle fries. 2 thumbs up there. Also had a warm brownie sundae for dessert, 2 thumbs up aswell. Will be back to try more of the menu, burgers, dogs, wings. Read more
Full disclosure, I'm not a big Philly cheese steak fan, so I ordered a Cuban. Oh. My. Word. This Cuban made me want to put on a... fedora and dance! Amazing. The sandwiches are worth the wait as they are fresh and delicious. I also recommend visiting Kappysbecause it is growing into a iconic landmark in the Maitland area. I hope it's there for years to come! If you're concernedabout parking, there is available parking on Sebylia Ave, across from the gas station. :) Read more
