Top of the McDs food chain. Staff runs the place like a small town joint, and that's not easy with sheer volume of customer at... this location. I have never had a abad meal, forgotten food, or bad attitude. I'm rarely a customer, but when I do, it isbecause this location is nearby. The parking lot can be a challenge coming in off the busy main road. Use Google maps andenter using side streets. Read more
This McDonald's closes whenever they feel like. It is not 24 hours. I've been multiple times where they say "they are down due... to maintenance only Uber and door dash". Read more
Place was relatively clean. Staff is loud and not organized. Got someone's order wrong twice. Wouldn't even get acknowledged at... the register. Had to go to kiosk to place order. Went inside to beat the people in the drive through. Oh what a mistake thatwas. I could've been home and left to go to a different McDonald's and been home again and I wrote this as I continue to waitfor my food. As I continue to starve, I watch all the happy drive though people going home to their loving families while I'mcursed in this store not quite alive, not quite dead. Read more
Would have been 5 stars if the order taker in the drive thru had known about the 40 nuggets & 2 large fry deal that this... lication offered. They had at least 2 banners for it in the DT. Yet when I ordered it she had no idea what I was talkingabout. Food was fast, fresh, and McDonalds quality. Read more
Not happy with today's visit. All the drink machines were broken and they charged me the same price as off I were getting a... drink. Oh they did offer coffee or water at an upcharge. So the customer had to pay more because of the broken equipment. Read more
Kids that work there are exactly that! KIDS! Fix the damn sign so people don?t have to wait to order. Kids fooling around not... wanting to take orders because they were almost done with their shift. HIRE GOOD PEOPLE THAT WANNA WORK. Read more
Did a mobile order to be delivered to the car. After 20 minutes I had to go in to get my order even though there had only been... one other customer in the store since I arrived. Person who finally came to the counter didn't seem to care. Also mobile appcharged a higher price than was posted in the store. Will not return to this location. Read more
Tonight is my last time going to this McDonald's. They never seem to have quarter pounders, to which even that I can forgive.... What I can't forgive is the lackadaisical attitude of the girl taking money at the drive thru window. She ran my card, gave itback and then walked away from the window came back and shut it and preceded to play on her phone, I tapped on the window andwhat seemed like an inconvenience, she opened it and I asked for my receipt, to which she said the machine doesn't print onethen shut the window. The girl at the next window just pushed the order out without saying a word and it wasn't even my completeorder. So I went inside and told the kid behind the counter and he got the nuggets and handed them to me without as much as anapology. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. Customer service is non-existent at this location. Foodwasn't that good either. Read more
