Your location at 35620 U.S. 27 Haines City, FL 33844, United States is terrible. I waited in the drive thru line for about an... hour. No one ever took my order at the intercom. I had to place my order online and drive up. They don?t care how they treatpeople nor do they have any type of customer service. Didn?t apologize or anything. We waited 11 minutes to be greater & seated. Our server came right over, took our drink order and never came back! We left and... the man that was seated in front of us left right behind us because he wasn?t served! It was 145 pm, very slow and employeesstanding at the bar chit chatting, including ours!
