Your location at 35620 U.S. 27 Haines City, FL 33844, United States is terrible. I waited in the drive thru line for about an... hour. No one ever took my order at the intercom. I had to place my order online and drive up. They don?t care how they treatpeople nor do they have any type of customer service. Didn?t apologize or anything. We waited 11 minutes to be greater & seated. Our server came right over, took our drink order and never came back! We left and... the man that was seated in front of us left right behind us because he wasn?t served! It was 145 pm, very slow and employeesstanding at the bar chit chatting, including ours! Service was good but the food was terrible! Very dry Chicken tenders where burnt. And was cold.
Do not order from their site online. I received a message that my CVV number was incorrect several times with different cards... and that my charge did not go through. Wrong. I was charged 3 times online and once in the store. Corporate doesn't answer thephone to fix this. Read more
We have gone to the Sonny's in Starke, FL for years, and I have always gotten a baked potato. I do not eat meat very often, so... it was nice to have this option. I was told tonight that Sonny's no longer carries them. I wish Sonny's would reconsider thisdecision. Who doesn't love a baked potato? Of note, this location seems different and less organized since it was sold to newowners. The vibe is off and it doesn't have that "home town" feel as much now. Our order was changed 3 times tonight due tomiscommunication about food being sold out or not ready. I heard other tables complaining as well. Maybe the pandemic is partlyto blame? Please reconsider bringing the lovely spud back to your menu. Read more
