Clean, busy location that has no one to take your order. The only way to place on order inside the store was with a computer... kiosk. The many steps required made me wonder if I could receive a cash tip for the work/time involved. I will not return tothis facility as long as they refuse to hire human beings to service the public. Edit - even with my placing my order it stillwasn't as created and needed assistance to correct the stores error. Read more
I drive a truck. I stopped to get food for take out. They were closing in 15 minutes. They refused to let me inside. I was told... to use the drive through. Explained to them I was driving a 18 wheeler. I was told thats not our problem. Read more
This McDonalds must have changed managers or something bc it was good and over the past year it has been a sinking ship. I mean... ice cold fries and completely incorrect order. Here?s the thing we ordered a sausage cheese McGriddle twice and still got asausage egg and cheese McGriddle. We are allergic to eggs. We went back twice and the order was still incorrect the managerargued saying it was never ordered without egg. ???? however the receipt says sausage cheese? need less to say this McDonalds isnot what it used to be. I paid extra for this large fry? Picture 3 (March 2020). This happened another time as well but I didn't take a pic. Thought it... was a fluke. Maybe that's how full they're supposed to be and the flap should be folded down to keep the heat in. Whomp whomp.Pics 1&2 (April 2020): my $10+ meal. Mountain Dew not included. I put it there so you can see how small the fry & milkshake werefor my big $$! My Big Mac (no middle bun) came with almost no middle. It had burger, cheese & light sauce. I wanted a middle! I try not to leave bad reviews, but I'm still waiting for a decent experience at this McDonalds. I have been continually... shorted chicken nuggets, in happy meals, that I've paid extra for. My most recent experience was not a good one either. Ihanded my receipt to the cashier to pay cash for it, and she looked at me with utter disgust and just said "What's this?" I hadto check my order, because it was a large order for multiple people. 2 of my happy meals didn't have the drinks. When I askedfor them, the girl at the board huffed and went and got them. Then I had to ask for her to replace the wrong item she had justbrought me after I told her exactly what I was missing. I didn't have the McChicken I ordered and my cheeseburger party wasfolded in half on my bun. When I opened it to see where my cheeseburger was the photo is what I got. Read more
The cheeseburger and chicken nuggets were stale tasting. Strawberry shake was good. Service was okay.
