Have been ordering from this place for about a year and initially it was pretty good, would say 4 stars but the last few times... have been pretty dismal. Not sure if they have new ownership? If you order pupusas with cheese & loroco they only give you plaincheese (happened twice). The filling of the bean and cheese pupusas has changed it’s more beans than cheese. The most recentissue was receiving my gorditas with no meat! And they weren’t even made correctly. They used two tortillas instead of openingone and stuffing it. I’ve never dined in because it’s extremely small in there but I hope they execute their dishes betterthan they do for takeout. Read more
First time ordering here. I got 2 tacos which were okay, a steak burrito that didn't have any steak in it and a chicken... quesadilla that came with rice and peas inside but no chicken. Completely disgusted and disappointed. Read more
Use to come here a lot, food was flavorful and fresh. Employees used to go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and give... you their best. Now it seems their quality went down as there was hardly anything in the tacos, the meat and the tortilla wasdry-probably been sitting in the kitchen all day. Customer service gone down too, the rude lady that picks up the phone, askedher how long and she said “nooo” excuse me you can’t tell me how long till I come pick up my order? When I arrived shelooked miserable, didn’t have any sort of customer service or professionalism, didn’t even say hi back. This place alwayshad at least 1 or 2 tables seated mid covid but I see why they don’t anymore. Didn’t even finish 50% of the food. Won’t becoming back that’s for sure. Go to La hacienda in Everett or E Boston where you’ll get good service, fresh hot and juicygood food and spend less money than this business that’s on its way out. Read more

Really glad we came across El Mexsal Authentic Latin Food! Even during takeout only, the people were very friendly and made the... experience as normal as possible. The food was still nice and warm 10 minutes later when we made it home and got the food ontoour plates. We will be trying this place again for sure! Read more
I grabbed the Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Beef Fajitas via delivery.. Both were excellent! The soup came separated where the... fresh ingredients were in there own container and the broth was in its own to prevent things from getting soggy and I reallyappreciated that. Once mixed together the soup was delicious. The fajitas were great. But I was bummed they only provide 2flour tortillas. IMO this dish should come with 4 as you could easily make 4 normal size fajitas with a couple strips of steakinside. The sides for the fajitas came separate and were fresh. Rice tasted fantastic. The beans, IMO, weren't great flavorwise but overall okay to throw onto the fajita. I'm definitely going to order take out from here again. Well worth ashot. I stopped by with my husband for a sweet dinner date. The owner was super nice. He is clearly pouring his soul into this place.... The food was incredible. The chips come with a lovely salsa AND super good bean dip. We ordered enchiladas and a chimichanga;both we incredible! We were allowed to try the homemade vanilla coconut flan with dulce de leche, too, which was incredible. Wewill definitely be going back because the menu has so much more we want to try. Everyone should support this business. But bewarned, the food is cooked fresh, so you have to wait a bit for it. Regardless, service was excellent. Read more
Cute hole in the wall place. Ordered the chicken burrito and it's massive. It tastes a bit bland and could use more flavor (esp... if it's suppose to be "authentic"). Comes with chips on the side. The food is okay, but I'm not wow'd by the food alone. Kindof pricy for the dish for what I was expecting. Read more
