Not once, but on numerous occasions, I've asked for 30% sugar and the drink tasted like 100%. Ive had the KFT in Allston and... didnt run into this problem. It's better to just avoid the sugar all together at this point. Read more

Made an order this past weekend for a Black Tea WOW Milk cap and the drink definitely had the wow factor to it... a plastic... foreign object. It was sealed and when i opened it i found this floating in the drink. I will no longer be ordering from thischain and will stick to local small business bubble tea shops. Do better. Went in here for my first time last week and loved it. Definitely the best bubble tea I've had in a long time. Their prices... are reasonable. $4.50 for medium mango smoothie with boba. +1for any large drink. There usually is a wait because its smallplace. But the staff are friendly and fast. They have a good variety of flavors and teas to choose from. Their best would bethe Taro milk tea and the Honey oolong milk tea. Would recommend this to anyone trying to get bubble tea in Malden. Love their coconut milk tea, coffee milk tea and lychee tea. The pudding addition to teas is soooo good! The people are super... friendly and I love the little messages on the seals. Read more
This place is great! Along with delicious bubble tea they have a bunch of other cool drinks such as slushes, a variety of teas... and my new favorite, the WOW milk with Oreos and a “milk cap”. Just try it. It’s insane. It can get kind of busy therebut the staff works super quick to get out all of the orders. I have also been to the Davis Sq. Location and it’s great aswell! Read more
