I went today to this McDonalds and went inside. I guess the girl that took my order was upset that I didn?t use the kiosk but I... ordered my food I showed her a code from the app and she totally disregarded it. At the time I didn?t realize it until I got inmy car that she didn?t put it in right. She charged me full price for somethiing that was suppose to be free with purchase. Herattitude sucked. I ordered a large fry, 4 nuggets w ranch. And paid for 2 extra ranch cups. TEL ME WHY I ONLY GOT ONE !??! And the cup was a... little open !?! Y?all need a take the restaurant hygiene seriously. Also if someone is ordering through Uber eats. You have togive them the freshly made food. Bc it can get cold by the time it arrives to the customers house. I am only 24, but I am tired of doing business that hire people that look like they are clowns. Can't stand nose rings with... your snot haning off of it. Can't stand blue, pink, green, orange, purple hair. Most of all I can't stand workers with dirtyfinger nails and dirty hair. I don't care where you work, you should dress for success and take some care and pride inyourself. If I had a business I would not be able to hire you if you were not open to making changes and letting me help andteach you how to dress for work. Managers are failing our young people. This McDonalds needs to get new managers. The employees need to leave their phones in their lockers and serve their customers. This Malen MA McDonalds needs new management and hireresponsible employees. My first job, I came in looking not so good. The manager taught me how to dress for success. We lived inlow income housing and he was nice enough to buy me a pair of dress pants and shirts.He cared enough to help. I will always bethankful for him for teaching me so much and investing in me as a person. Managers please teach these young kids and invest inthem. They are worth it. A. L. Read more

Spent over $50- received the wrong order a couple of times. Sat the entire time with my family listening to managers yell at... their employees, specifically a MINOR. Definitely needs new managers. Read more

Well, Sandra you must be having a bad day. But I do recommend not talking so loud. I overheard you talking to your employee... about how I cannot make up my mind about my order. In fact I did *make up my mind*, I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe with 2extra patties and two extra cheese. And I've made about 3 attempts to make sure the order was correct. Maybe you should correctyour employees first before you come for your customers. However your attitude didn't really show that you cared, that I wastrying to make sure I got my order correct. Lo and behold, I knew I should've stopped to check. But all the employees you hadlooked like they hated life and anyone who came to order. Including yourself Sandra. But end of story, I got a double quarterpounder not what I asked 3 times for. Trust me, Ive tried ordered a triple deluxe quarter pounder before and your employeestried to school me on how to order. However it came out correct. When I ordered it my way. But I didn't complain about thatfirst incident. It took you Sandra, and all your employees who are too busy on their phones and talking gossip that took it toofar. I hope you learn to keep your mouth shut Sandra. Read more

This location is so inconsistent. We live next door and visit quite frequently. There is a HUGE difference between the day crew... and the night crew. We have never had any issues with the day crew, but the night crew absolutely needs some calibration. Weordered the same exact 2 coffees yesterday as we did tonight and we literally had to throw them in the trash tonight becausethey?re not able to be consumed. My boyfriend went inside to say something and was handed extra creamers. His drink usuallycomes with mocha and caramel sauce with whipped cream, but tonight came with straight cream and nothing else. Couldn?t evencommunicate with anyone inside. Absolutely flabbergasted with how management is running this place at night. We have had SO manyissues and nothing is being done about any of it! Management reached out via phone call after these posts, but never fixes theactual issues within the restaurant. Read more

Ok so I can't believe how everything was so very clean. I first went to the bathroom to was my hands and just noticed how... immaculate everything was. I went to order (used kiosk) super easy and efficient. While I waited for my order, a lady waswalking out with a smile. She stopped just as I was picking up my order and said to the staff behind the counter : "congratulations, very clean place. " He replied " thank you." I was thinking yup, I agree. Then he handed me my cup and Iheaded to the ice machine. I believe that's the true test so I was super pleased to see it was so clean. I mean, I've been toplaces where there's mold and that's just horrible so I appreciate it that so much. I headed to my car.... where I'm writingthis right now. I took the time to do it because it's not always that I enjoy a McDonald's so much. Yes, I finished myquarter pounder with bacon meal and in super satisfied. It really made my day. Now I'm off to doing laundry.... with a smile. Read more
