My order is always messed up I didn't get my entire order and what I did get was so sloppy in the bag one of my chicken... sandwiches wasn't even in a wrapper the wrapper was in the bag but my sandwich had I guess fallen out and as always nooneanswers the phone and wouldn't you know it they are out of reciept paper so it's not like I can take my receipt back tomorrowand get it fixed and rude staff tonight usually everyone is fairly nice but boo to y'all your customers are the reason y'allhave a paycheck super disappointed Read more

Well I have to say my experience this whole week to be precise,witch equals out to be 5 dinners,and 1 breakfast. Not even one... was even close to service. Everything our orders were missing the big part of the meals,and twice was completely incorrect. Thatbeing said we were not treated good at all,nor was it even possible it seems to fix what was there negligence on there end,no usthe paying customers. Not to mention the high dollar meals we ordered everytime,only to get the worst service ever,lose of ourmoney,lose of many meals,and the frustration and stress it has caused. I was a supervisor in St.Louis Mc Donalds,never would Iallow the individuals that worked on every shift that myself ordered my meals,be fired and replaced quick! Got to know ethics onhow to,as well as the response and work abilities to the fast food and public,on them big jobs. Read more
