The food is good but no delivery. I'd give them more stars if they would hire a delivery driver.

Malden, Mo Pizza Hut is just horrible now. They can NEVER get the orders done on time or even close to the time it is supposed... to be done. I waited for an hour, along with several other customers, just to be told they didn?t even have our order started. Read more
It would be best if pizza was kept in a warming bag until customer arrives to get it. My pizza was sitting out on the shelf, and... was colder than room temperature. I was 15 minutes later than the estimated time done, but it should have been kept warming. Ididn't realize the pizza temperature until I was already home, and proceeded to warm the pizza further in my oven in order tofeed my children. The employee was sitting in a booth with personal belongings all around her, until I walked in, then sheapproached the register. There were two employees in the kitchen area just talking amongst themselves as well. Read more
We tried the Detroit style pizza and it was nothing as advertised. We chose the Supremo and I never did find a pepperoni on it.... The toppings and cheese were blobbed scantly in the center and there was a lot of just bread left on the sides. No wondereveryone of your locations except one went out of business in my area. First you ditch the best crust of any pizza place ever,then you give me a loaf of bread with hardly anything on it. Disgusted with Pizza Hut. Read more
I ordered a Pasta Marinara to go with Garlic Toast. It was on time, everyone was friendly. My only disappointment with them was,... "Entirely to much Cheese". I like my Pasta Marinara without cheese and When I ((placed my order, I requested it withoutcheese)). But, Instead I got pasta so cheesey that I couldn't taste anything else and I was unable to eat it bc of that cheese.So it ended up being thrown away in the trash. I will try them once again, maybe this time I will "ask them to repeat my orderback".. maybe it was my fault they didn't hear me when I asked them to leave the cheese off?!
