Our food was great! Even though they had run out of corndogs it was still a great dinner! We went after my boys trick or treated... and they handled us perfectly! Very nice ladies that helped us! Read more
I usually don't go to Sonic, not sure why, but our regular ice cream place was closed early and my daughter told me Sonic has... ice cream too. I didn't even realize that. So we got their Sonic Blasts through the app. They were delicious! Friendly staff andclean parking lot. We'll be back! Read more
Sit with the call waiting to order for over 10 minutes they never took the order I ended up leaving . The service really seems... to be poor every time I go to this sonic . If you go to the drive through window they tell you to pull up then never open thewindow they just have you sitting outside . Half the stalls aren't lit up and it seems the farther you are down the line theless they want to answer the call button . Read more
Everytime I go ,never once has my order been correct,what's crazy is I order menu meals as on bord,board, having them extra cook... any side fried food,like onion rings ect. Because they will be a pile of moosh if I don't. Rude and unprofessional. I wouldfire the whole crew,all of they and hire all new employees to work with some sort of require assessment. Read more
Update: Tried to get food from there again today cause we figured maybe we'd have a different experience boy was I wrong. My... husband order a crispy chicken sandwich with extra bacon, was charged for the bacon, and then they put absolutely no bacon onit. I had to call and tell them we were charged for it and ended up with no bacon on it just for the girl on the phone to askhim if he put bacon on it or not ??????? The job is not hard so why is it this store seems to be ran soo horribly? Went therethe first time and no issue. Went there today and went through the drive through today and sat there for over ten minutes beforesomeone acknowledged us and then didn't even take our payment and then walked off. The food is a lot better then it use to be . The place does look a lot cleaner . The service was excellent.
