I was so impressed with my Short Rib Risotto, and Coconut Sorbet. My guest enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan for the first time, it... was a ????????????. The Risotto was full of flavor. I didn't need to add anything. I asked for spicy????????????, and it wasgiven. One of the best meals I have had in awhille. Thank you Chino (cook) for making this a wonderful experience. I appreciatedLouis (waiter) for accommodating Stir Fri so he could enjoy his meal as well. Great customer service. We always have a great dining experience at Ollo. From the moment we arrive until the moment we leave, the service is always... kind and efficient . I am vegetarian, but my guests usually are not. Visiting from out of state and this is a true gem!! Food is fresh and tasteful, drinks are unique and service is quick. I will... say it’s not super kid friendly. I brought my 9 year old and people around us were not kind and became irritated that theirhuge poodle who was blocking the whole walk way had to move so we could walk by. Never been here before. My cousin recommended it today as we planned a trip to Malibu on a Sunday. The staff is very friendly... and the layout is very cozy. Beautiful location and a really nice menu. I little more on the pricey side average plate forentree range from $16.99 to upwards $30 but the food is delicious. My wife and I got the two egg breakfast which came with a surprising amount of eggs. I had an oat milk cappuccino which was... exactly the right Espresso strength I was looking for from a mid-morning breakfast, but they didn't steam the milk they warmedand used a frother (different texture). Looked for a spot and this place popped up. A solid restaurant with a great menu selection & neighborhood bar vibe. I ordered... their lentil soup which was top notch(top 3 lentil soups I’ve ever had). The golden milk latte with turmeric creamer waspretty descent. For the entree I chose their huevos rancheros and it was solidly done. Great presentation, the flavors were onpoint but I wish I ordered some meat on the side to compliment the dish. I thought the crab cakes were good, not the greatestbut they were alright. I’d definitely come back, a little on the pricey side but I’m interested in checking their othermenu items. Read more
