Great beach front cafe! We arrived around 1:30 pm on Thursday afternoon and had a short wait before being seated inside. We were... seated with a view of the waters while enjoying the air conditioning inside. Lots of tempting drinks! The watermelon frescacomes in a small watermelon which is always fun. The tacos were inhale worthy, especially the fish tacos! The clam chowder wasgreat and creamy. The iced sampler was underwhelming. A lot of variety but it didn't feel like the items workedtogether. Service was on the slower side but everyone was courteous and checked in periodically. Parking is $10 (up to 4hours) if you validate with the cafe. We wandered the beach after lunch which was so nice. Read more

What a wonderful restaurant! Everything was top notch and delicious. It’s the little extras like a cup of coffee with a cookie... and whipped cream! The portions are huge so my friend and I shared the breakfast platter and it was more than enough. We alsogot dessert, yes after breakfast, why not! Vacations are for relaxing and doing things out of routine right? The views areamazing and putting your feet in the sand while you eat is a bonus. Read more

Beautiful restaurant by Malibu beach. Love the vibe there. Interesting choice of foods and drinks. The portions are really big,... so two people can easily share one dish. The place is quite expensive - you pay for its gorgeous location and the food quantity.Even though this restaurant has lots of tables, if you want to sit on the sand, make sure to book your table in advance. Theyhave lots of framed pictures on the wall about the history of the place - which tells you how old this place is. Do try thestrawberry milkshake - it was delicious. Read more

Very much enjoyed our experience. The place is beautiful and the bar area is very charming with historical pictures of famous... people who have previously frequented this place. The outside beach dinning area is also very nice and is probably the mostbeautiful and scenic environment that I have ever had the pleasure to dine in. The food was good and the portions were verygenerous indeed. The servers were very attentive and professional. The prices are not at all unreasonable considering thelocation and setting. The server validates your parking ticket when you settle your bill for the food. The usual parking chargefor Paradise Cove Beach is $45. The restaurant validation reduces this to $10. The parking ticket is good for 4hrs and it is anice beach to visit in a spectacular cove setting. I guess there is two ways to look at it. Either you might consider that youare getting a $35 discount on your beach parking or alternatively you might consider that you had to pay an extra $10 charge foryour meal. Your point of view will depend on whether you visit the cove and pier or not. All in all it was a great experienceand I am glad that we visited. Read more

I loved this place! It was right on the beach & the food was delicious. The drinks were giving what they were supposed to give... ???? me & my girls got right before heading to the beach to relax. I also loved that they used pasta as straws as not to waste.Be careful though, because the birds around you will steal your pasta straw if you’re not watching lol. The wait staff herewas great & we got flowers since it was Valentine’s Day. I would love to come back here when visiting California again! Read more

This place was a big disappointment. My daughter was excited to show us this restaurant while we were in LA visiting her. The... atmosphere is great and the drinks look amazing, but that’s about the extent of what is good. The food is not great. It isover priced for how mediocre it truly is. The drinks are watered down and just not good. We were sat at a table right next tothe bar with a trash can overflowing and spilling on the ground. I couldn’t get over the smell of trash the wind would whipour way, so we asked to relocate to a different table. Once we were at our new table it took almost 20 minutes for our waiter tocome over. The entire dinner was spent looking for our waiter. We finally started asking the other waiters for help. We orderedthe Shrimp Paradise. For that price you would expect more. The dish is mainly a rice and corn mix with shrimp on top. I won’tvisit this restaurant next trip. Too many wonderful options in the LA and Malibu area to waste a dinner here. Read more

Excellent spot with unbelievably beautiful scenery!! The outdoor seating was perfect & thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff... was very friendly and the food and drinks were great! A little pricey for what it is but it's in a prime location on the beach! Read more

Honestly one of my favorites. They have a fun menu with a lot of options. Very fun drinks as well! We had to wait a bit to be... seated, but enjoyed exploring the beach while doing so. All plates had generous portions. We ordered the chocolate cake thinkingit wouldn’t be *that* big… but it was massive and SO good. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun, casualplace to go with a menu to please anyone. Or if you’re looking for a place along the water/outdoor seating! I had the pattymelt which was very good, as you can see I forgot to take a picture before I started eating! Read more
