I?m a regular customer at coffee bean for their iced latte 32oz ( oat milk/2.5 shots ) but since I was close to a Starbucks... today I thought I would try them so long story short Nick ( cash register associate ) very politely and professionally guided meon the Starbucks size and as to how many shots would suffice the comparison to coffee bean. Taylor the barista was veryprofessional and polite as well and made my drink but when I took a sip it tasted a little too light so Taylor offered to add ashot on the side which I was open to doing and then a person named Martha came from the back and in a very rude tone told methat I paid for a grande which I have no clue what she was talking about as I just relied on the Starbucks associate to guide meand charge whatever the heck their prices are but I was taken aback at the rudeness of Martha accusing me of trying to squeezean extra espresso shot. I wish her focus would have been to provide a drink to my taste and satisfaction rather than anunprofessional accusatory demeanor towards me. I felt humiliated and returned the drink and got my money back and drove to bluebottle coffee across the street where I?m valued as a customer. Nick and Taylor are great and understood my dilemma on trying tofigure out the right proportions of my swap with coffee bean iced latte. Martha needs to be coached on customer service anddefinitely needs to be educated on professionalism and courtesy towards customers. Read more

I did my 12 miles on the beach, after I had to get water at this Starbucks and Lauren blonde blue eyes had the most horrible... customer service. She looks at you like why are you asking for water? Buy something else and give you the water with attitude. Read more
These people deserve a raise for their clear and kind ways of handling crazy costumers. On multiple occasions I have seen them... deal with a variety of people?if it?s a costumer literally screaming in their faces or a passive aggressive costumer holding upthe line because they?re pressing for accommodations to their drinks that are literally impossible?and every time they arecollected and clearly communicate and I can?t tell you how impressed I am with that ability. They are worked hard, potentiallyunderstaffed and the drinks always come out delicious and fast, this crew deserves more credit. Read more
I went into Starbucks to simply buy a small coffee. I was greeted with distasteful arrogance. I walked out and got a Super... Coffee from Ralph?s and am glad I did. I understand that Malibu is an exclusive town and all the social norms that go withthat. The truth is, you really don?t know who will be walking in that door. Costumer service very lacking. Not very helpful or friendly. Heard the baristas making fun of costumers after they left. Maybe... lots of druggie people in the area but not a nice atmosphere for a Starbucks. Read more
This is a great place! I enjoyed the pleasure morning! But I am not sure if I left my cup there?
I had the best medicine ball ever. Add freeze dried strawberries. It adds soooo much flavor. I couldn't put my cup down. I have... to give credit to my son for this creation.
