There is one thing named sauce..!!

After waiting 20 minutes in a 10 person line, we finally ordered our food. All of the food was cold and tasted as if it had been... sitting out for hours. The men working weren't wearing gloves and were touching all of the food with their hands. Verydisappointed. Complete waste of time and money. The fact that it was overpriced for being a service center only adds to ournegative experience. As stated by others, just opt for a bag of chips. Read more

Well, I actually just had surgery and had to stretch my jaw open to consume any of my burger but that was my B. My boyfriend... forgot to ask for no tomato or pickle like a silly goose so he didn't like his meal but that was his B. Overall, an okayexperience. The On Route was very busy because it was a Friday afternoon but the staff were nothing but helpful despite the lookof dread and longing for death in their eyes. Understandable. Great fries. Asked for a beyond meat burger and if they could cook it on a separate grill OR microwave it, the guy laughed at me as if I my... request was unheard of. Their corporate website says that is the option to get the food without cross contamination..... Verynon-vegan friendly. Read more

This has to be the worse A&W I?ve ever been to. Service is slower than an Italian 5 course meal and they call themselves fast... food. Pickup area has no order number so you have no idea when is your food ready. Staffs are slow and incompetent. Having atleast 20 ppl waiting for their food and no one at the ordering line. 7 staff, bunch of fries sitting there yet no burger, so noone is getting their food. By the time we got our order fries are already cold. Don?t bother with them. Go to Tims or just get abag of chips. Terrible terrible terrible. Read more

We ate here last night around 9:00pm and we're greeted by a wonderful older lady. She was very personable and charming and the... food came out quick (as expected for fast food). I don't know why all the bad reviews. Maybe there's different staff at thoseours. I would definitely return to this location if she's there. Read more

This place is located on an ON route station which means that they must deal with hundreds if not thousands of travelers on... occasion. Sitting looking at the lines and the attendants crying out the orders for the clients to collect them made me thinkthe food quality and the service quality would suffer, however, the sandwiches, uncle and mama, were both good and the use ofthe coupon was facilitated by the staff. Thus, both interactions were good. The food court can be noisy and loud though it isthe ON route and no fault of this restaurant. Further the fries were exquisite! Read more
