They forgot my order , kept me waiting for 15 minutes for a small drink. People who ordered after me , got all their bulk orders... and left. After i asked , handed the drink and didn't even apologize. Read more

Despite having the American Express icon on their payment machine, the barista informed me that they don't take the card,... period. It's yet another franchise that is too cheap to use Amex. This is on an official rest stop on the main highway (the 401)running from the USA through Ontario. Read more
