There is a Subway & an A & W there as well but were closed on a Thursday afternoon. This left no options but Tims. Service was... slow even though loved fully staffed. The food was yuck, cold, rubbery and the coffee was awful. Will avoid if possible. Read more

These places are so busy. Never enough staff. Line ups are so long and move so slow it is surprising people hang around. But... having no other choice. Now they have us lining up at kiosks to place our own orders then back in line to wait for the sameslow, could care less attitude people to now look after two lines. I could go on but that would involve all the businessesexcept the onmarket which works well as a store if you can afford to buy anything there!!! Just my opinion Read more

Short staffed like everywhere else in the service industry. My low rating is due to not making coffee ordered correctly and... not filling the cups up paid for a large & got maybe a medium at best. Then having to wait in line for another 15 minutes tohave my coffee made correctly. Read more

I was given a black coffee with 1 sugar when i ordered 2 creams and 1 sugar. I went back to tell them that that was not i... ordered. One of the employee named Mukhayla assisted me and i told her its missing the cream. First, she asked me if she was theone who assisted me? Thats not the whole point. Just give me what i ordered and were done. She was rude. My first time to getthis kind of treatment. She gave me 2 creams and i asked for another 2 and she slammed the fridge door when i asked for another2 creams and sarcastically handed me and said if thats it. Take it easy, bud. You have to enroll in a customer service course.Coz seriously youre ruining Tim Hortons reputation! Read more

After a 20 mins. waiting on the line, bought a steep tea started drinking right away in front of Tim's but steep tea wasn't... hot, And the customer service extremely slow. Management needs to take some actions to improve fastest service a bit. Thankyou. Read more

Super disappointed and disgusted with this Tim Hortons. Let me tell you 3 reasons why. 1. There were flys hovering over the... limited donuts that they had out. (I?ve attached pictures ????) 2. Our cashier, Ms Mcayla (not sure if she gave me her correctname, but she also happened to get captured in the pictures I?ve added of the donuts.). Anyways - so Ms Mcayla had very badattitude with us. Super rude and sarcastic behavior. Probably one of the ONLY Tim Hortons in which I?ve seen bad customerservice. And last but not the least 3. Awfully slow service - urgency could?ve been shown by the staff but they didn?t seem tocare. Wouldn?t recommend but limited options. Read more
