I spent more than an hour waiting in the drive-thru to pick up two orders for DoorDash. That comes out to about $5 an hour... before gas and other expenses because not only does this Taco Bell suck, but their customers are cheap. I actually stop takingorders for this Taco Bell but accidentally accepted these thinking they were from the Wilton Taco Bell who never has a longwaiting line like that. Customer service for the franchise keeps on giving their email address but I haven't bothered to emailthem because they never do anything otherwise this wouldn't be going on for so long. This place truly sucks and I tell mycustomers that they could probably get their food quicker If I drove the extra miles to the Wilton Taco Bell even though it'sfarther away. Read more
They padded my order. A 16 piece chicken tender order and then they added a $2.59 taco that I never ordered came to a whopping... $50.91. AND, when I left a message for the manager to call me back today, I am still waiting for a callback and a refund. KFCmay have a great product, but their service and all around service rates a 0. Stay away from their Malta location unless youwant to wait for an overpriced order that takes too long to receive and a padded bill that empties your wallet. Read more

They shut the entire... store down as soon as we got there saying it?s gonna be a 30 minute wait and ya know fine we let it happen at 11:05 We ask arewe are going to get served and they said they were shut down again for 30minutes i said i had already waited 30 minutes and hesaid i had to wait another 30. Amazing service extremely quick, we ordered at 12:45 last night and we?re greeted with smiling positive faces and delicious... food. Everything was perfect about our order. Whoever asked us about boogie boarding was great! Read more
Ordered online. Order was not received at the restaurant. Employees tried to deny food order was received in-house, and... therefore, never made the food. When I got to the window, they simply told me the order was not received and therefore theywouldn't make it. I gave them my receipt with amount paid (around $30 worth I food}, and they told me that they could not lookup the receipt or order number because they allegedly had not received the order so it wouldn't be in the system. Absolutelydisgusted with the lack of service and non-existent concern for the customer and how much money I spent on receiving no food atall. My money was not refunded and I went hungry tonight. I tried to get food. The drive through line doesn't move. Inside the staff ignores customers. I walked out after waiting. In 5... minutes zero orders were taken and there was a line. If you depended on this place for food you would starve to death. Fireevery current employee and get some employees that actually do their job. Read more
KFC side: 15 minute wait, ordered crispy straps & got thin finger things. Wanted their famous potato wedges, they had plain... greasy fries, so I asked for just 2 biscuits as a side to my chicken & a medium iced tea, cost for 3 fingers, 2 biscuits & tea?$14!!!! Wtff? The food was good but super expensive for the little I got, kid portion or something. They also brought my orderout & left it sitting over 5 minutes until I went up & asked if it was mine, several more minutes later they told ME to checkthe box. What if it wasn't my food tho??? But it was, very disappointed. The drive in line was 20 deep. Apparently they alsosell chicken tacos, kind of wish I'd tried those, more filling probably than what I got. Read more
This place just keeps getting worse everytime i give it another chance i ordered 3 spicey potatoe tacos drove 30 minutes home to... find out for some reason they gave me 3 spicey potatoe bowls like WTH is this usually when you ask for a taco there a shellinvolved just dont waste your time here your better off just by passing this taco bell all together Read more
