I celebrated my daughters first birthday yesterday in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a cool evening and the... place was certainly the reason for the happy evening. This is one of my favourite Indian place to go. Although it's a small place, it's good enough to accommodate a fair number of... people. Small restaurant, but makes up for it with its flavor! The chicken 555 is very good, but very spicy. The waiter was nice enough... to inform us how spicy it is, which I wish more restaurants would do. The chicken curry (medium spice) had a lot of flavor andnice spice. I?d recommend the medium spice level if you want some heat but not over powering. We were visiting the city and wewould recommend trying this place, and we would come back when we visit this city again! Read more
I have fallen in love with the food from here. I started out by ordering biryanis and then have gotten to taste much of their... food. And every one of the food I get is super delicious. Yes, the prices are low too! Everything is so good, and I really domean everything. Also, the portions in each food you get is enough to share with another one too so it's a win win. Paneer Biryani, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Masala - all fantastic! There are no shortages of good Indian restaurants in... the area and this is one of the tops. They are in a low visibility corner of the DMV shopping center, but we?ll worth lookingthem out. This was my second order of Paneer Biryani in as many weeks. The one serving lasted for dinner twice and lunch once,lots of food! I ordered takeaway both times. The dining hall is spacious and clean. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered for Togo, we were asked to come after 40 mins, we went there after 50 mins and seems like some other customer got... your order we had to wait for another 45 mins to get our order. I understand this mistake could happen on sometime and it wasour day. Food quantity was average when compared to other days we used to get from here. Food was moderate except the 555 andmajestic chicken. Goat biriyani and spl chicken biriyani was meh . Staffs were friendly and apologized for the delay. Today wastheir anniversary spl sale and biriyani was $7.99. I believe they should have planned well and expect the day could be crazyother then us others got their orders quick , so not much complaint in general. The food was ok in taste and quality. However, the biryani didn?t taste like Biryani with the mixed layers of rice and the kati... roll was more like a burrito. Samosa also did not come with chutneys and was topped with chaat masala. A bit of a weirdexperience overall. Read more
