The Desmond was absolutely wonderful! The staff are all supremely, helpful, and friendly! We upgraded to a suite and I am SO... happy that we did. The suite was huge! Giant separate, living room area with fireplace and dining room table the adjacent kingbedroom was spacious also. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows, fluffy and soft. The bartenders and the managerof the kitchen were so very friendly and attentive. I had their crab chowder and it was fresh, flavorful and a welcomed hot dishon chilly day. Almost every year, my family and I have been coming up here for a Thanksgiving day buffet. Had room blocks at The Desmond for our wedding. We were so pleased with the accommodations and service! Steven was so helpful in... planning our experience for our guests - he was detailed and great at communicating! The Desmond provided a shuttle for ouroffsite wedding and a beautiful suite for the groomsmen to get ready in. We were so happy they could be apart of our specialday.
