I just ordered my regular large hot cappuccino today. This is the worse cappuccino I ever had. It is half filled and three times... stronger than original cappuccino. It is so bitter and I could not even drink. I am giving 2 star as my other drink is good. Read more

I have ordered online from this Dunkin Donuts a few times. Both times I ordered a $5+ iced macchiato were bad experiences. The... first time I already paid for it, got there and there machine was broken. The next time, I have them another chance, orderedonline within their hours of operation, get there and they aren?t even open! Never again...hope I can get my money back. Read more
Honestly this is the worst Dunkin I have ever been through. The workers are always mean and never understand what I'm saying. If... you change the staff I'm sure the experience would be 100000x better. My experience here never matches my experiences at otherdunkin donuts, as the workers have denied me things like changing my order when I get to the window, and often the order isincorrect but I fear to correct them because they are very mean. It's a shame because this is right down the street from myhouse, but we will almost always choose Starbucks over this Dunkin because it is the most unreliable business I have ever workedwith. Went in on veterans day to get a coffee and take advantage of the advertised veterans day free doughnut. Corporate must not have... notified this location that they were having a veterans day deal. Coffee and doughnut were ok but a little disappointing notgetting a free doughnut. Read more
