I called to order and I was on hold for over seven minutes then I decided to just drive to Smashburger. When I arrived they said... oops you are still on hold. There was no one sitting at the tables and it took 15 minutes to get my order. The chocolatemilkshake came right away and the burgers were smashed by the time I got home. Soggy and cold. Spending almost $30 I am nothappy with the service at all you guys must send a manager to fix the problems in this Mamaroneck branch. Read more

Exceptional visit and a significant improvement from my previous visit. I was very happy with my visit. The burger fries and... drink was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The team member and manager were very friendly and nice and welcoming. There wasa significant improvement from my last visit which makes me happy.
