I called to order and I was on hold for over seven minutes then I decided to just drive to Smashburger. When I arrived they said... oops you are still on hold. There was no one sitting at the tables and it took 15 minutes to get my order. The chocolatemilkshake came right away and the burgers were smashed by the time I got home. Soggy and cold. Spending almost $30 I am nothappy with the service at all you guys must send a manager to fix the problems in this Mamaroneck branch. Read more

Exceptional visit and a significant improvement from my previous visit. I was very happy with my visit. The burger fries and... drink was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The team member and manager were very friendly and nice and welcoming. There wasa significant improvement from my last visit which makes me happy. The restaurant had a pleasant ambient atmosphere with the TVand music and it was overall very clean and a wonderful visit. My belly is very pleased. Read more
So went to this smash burger and wow it went downhill. 1st the lady at the register had such an attitude. 2nd the prices just... keep going up and portions going down. 3rd the food was so greasy I could barely eat it. 4th, A burger with regular fries and areally small water for 3$ came out to about 17$. Yes 17$. I wont be back. I would say go to green life down the street, theirburgers taste way better and people are very nice there. What happened smashburger?? Read more
YUM..very greasy but so delicious and tasty!! They got great burgers for cheat/ comfort food days :) I absolutely love the... pretzel bun burger they got for just $4. Not a fan of the fries but the tater tots are delish. Only thing I would say is this isnot a place you can run into and out of quick..it's usually a longer wait, even if just for 2 simple burgers. But can't bear thetaste or the deals and you can order ahead on the app for a fast pickup! Read more
Decent place for a burger. Burger is tasty and hygienic. Tater tots were garlic flavored but weren't uniquely tasty considering... the price of the burger. Kids menu has good options. The chicken we got was well cooked and tasty. Parking is on-street. In doorseating is good. Staff is nice. Over all experience here is average. Read more
Granted my delivery got cold on me, but I honestly think the food did not live up to the price, even reheating it in a toaster... oven. Small portions for such a big price. The BBQ wings didn't look impressive and my burger was sloppily put together. Read more
