I rarely, if ever, leave Google Reviews, but the food and atmosphere here is SO incredible, I felt like I had to. I was in... Mammoth Lakes working a summer conservation job and the Dish Bistro is the only restaurant I would visit every single time I wasin town—it's the kind of food you dream about in your tent at night. They have incredible vegetarian options (veggo burger,loaded grilled cheese with mushroom, and all of their salads) and Tina, the owner, is really kind and a fun conversationalist(and she's always there!) Had an incredible meal with my family here, wish we were staying in Mammoth longer so we could come again. Quality ingredients... with unique flavor combinations that were perfectly balanced. Outstanding!! The bison burger, the coliflower dish and the salad were spectacular! The bread pudding dessert was over the top... great. The owner and Cheff Tina is super caring. She came to the table to say hello and to make sure we were having a greatexperience. G Mac the server welcomed us with a great smile. He has an amazing customers services skills.
