Delicious and filling ramen restaurant. Their selection list is not huge but it is a good variety. The drinks menu also covers... some great sake. Very questionable business model, they prioritize togo orders and make their dine-in tables wait over an hour (togo orders were... constantly coming out) The pho eventually came out very salty as others have said, which likely means they use instant phocubes. Their "khao soi" did not have a curry base broth not sure what it was but it didn't taste bad. Overall food was decentespecially on a cold day but service/atmosphere was bad. They started rejecting parties but the owners friends came in (a biggroup of eight or so) and instantly got seated, essentially cutting all the other parties that have been waiting there for halfan hour. It?s nice to have some pho noodle soup in cold weather! It?s probably the best you can get as it?s the only show in town. The... service was good, the food was generally ok. We were slightly disappointed that the soup was lukewarm and a bit salty. We askedfor hot water to add to the soup and it helped. I got #1, and the soup was also much more greasy then usual. So comforting and delicious! Perfect after a day on the mountain. Wish they had more meat options but from what they have - it?s... delicious. Great broth and home made garlic ginger chili sauce! Busy, but for a good reason. It?s great to finally have a good noodle place in mammoth. The Khao Soi was excellent. More of the... southern style prep of it with tomatoes and lack of coconut milk and it has a perfect spiceyness level. Helpful and friendlystaff. Read more
