Came here twice over the holiday weekend with a hockey team parents and children so multiple tables of 12. The wait staff and... kitchen were amazing! They brought out food in a timely manner and handled the over all chaos of our party with ease. I was veryimpressed We also came back for a quiet meal as a party of 3 and got to try their wine list which was also stellar. Great dinner and even better breakfast. Very friendly staff and a very cosy setting
Servers were polite and helpful, however the food was not that great. All four of us had burgers, I ordered mine cooked medium-... everyone else ordered theirs well done. However mine came back well done. And all of our parties fell apart as soon as wetouched them. The fries were nothing but grease, and our appetizer came out with our entrees. Good food and atmosphere. Staff was really nice. Service a bit slow. The only real bad thing was this lady who only cared... about wine. We had been there for about 10 mins without anyone getting drinks. She finally came up and asked if we neededdrinks and when my wife said a well drink she said I'm a wine person so if you need any wine let me know. We said no thanks. Just walked into this place for breakfast. Did not feel welcomed...upon entering we weren't greeted at the door. When the... waitress with long braided pigtails noticed my boyfriend and I standing at the door she didn't say anything to us or asked us totake a seat...just glared at us. It's not like they were super busy..they had three other customers there. I'd recommend goingto 'the good life cafe' a few minutes down the street. They were fantastic! Ordered Bombay chicken flatbread and though I was skeptical, it was amazing. It has a very subtle curry taste with great... combination of crunch coming from onions. Service could be better. We weren’t served water for 15 min and order was alsomessed up slightly. But other that would highly recommend this place. Read more
