Great happy hour. Their mascaras Margaritas were awesome. Machaca was very good. Carne Asada was ok.
First time here, and I'd like to give it five stars, but I never do that on just one visit. However, I imagine on any subsequent... visits I make here that a five star rating will make an appearance. This place doesn?t disappoint. If there is a long wait it is totally worth it. If you are are starving after a long day on... the mountain skiing, mountain biking or you just live here and need some great Mexican food, then look no further. The PolloAsada was not exciting and I wouldn?t order it again. The portions are huge and the tostada was like hitting a homerun it wastasty. The salsa was so yummy I could put it down, definitely cleared my sinuses. The help was friendly and restaurant clean. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star is that my appetizer came out with my food. It?s suppose to come out before andlong enough for me to eat it before the main coarse comes out. For this reason don?t order it. But the duck quesadilla wasdelicious but a little skimpy on the duck meat. Over all I would go back if I visited Mammoth again. Read more
I just had one of the best meals of my life! Roberto?s is amazing. The ranchero enchilada with carne asada came with the best... Spanish rice I?ve ever had and the refried beans were delicious - and I never eat refried beans. The service is great andthere?s plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Read more

Every time we come to mammoth, we make it a Point to come and eat at Roberto?s. We tried so many of their dishes and they?re all... freaking delicious! You can?t go wrong! I always get the albondigas soup! So great on a cold winter day. I definitely recommendthis place for your Mexican food cravings! And the margaritas will have you ready for a midday nap!
