So my previous review was deleted even though I didn?t Harass anyone or call anyone out of their names I only said the truth.... Again I will never eat here or work for another fast food again, this location put a bad taste in mouth when it comes to thefast food industry. What goes on behind these doors In the kitchen is crazy. The management and directors (Amanda Goldfarb) aredisrespectful and rude to all their employees the owner (Matt Baals) does nothing about it and allows his HR (Kolleen Baals)and directors to talk and treat his employees however they want, his famous response is ? it?s a learning curve? So manyleaders and employees have left due to the poor treatment by their management team. Chicken that has thawed for 48hrs hasoutdated and there kitchen director just tell us to put a new sticker on it so ECO sure don?t find out. I gave it 4 stars, because our chicken sandwiches were just warm. It could have been much hotter. I give 5 stars to the staff... and the quality of the food. The food is excellent. It would have been awesome if it was hotter so my final score is 41/2. Read more
The lines were a bit long in the drive thru but the guy taking the order was very nice. The lines moved fast. We actually got... all the sauces we asked for. Food was fresh and hot. Me and my daughter really loved it. Read more
Some of the best customer service. They had forgotten to bring out our mobile order and gave us free cookies and upgraded... drinks. Everyone was so friendly, and the place was very clean. The best chick fil a I?ve been to!! Read more
I was so impressed with the employees at this location! All of the young workers were bustling and doing their jobs. Each one... was so polite as they interacted with the customers. They have all been well-trained in their jobs! It was a pleasure goinghere and I will return and tell everyone I know about this great staff! Read more
They are great I've been there over a dozen times. They made one mistake in all that time, didn't pack a sandwich on curbside... pickup but they were very apologetic. They ended up giving me the original sandwich also made a new hot one fresh and a warmcookie (that was delicious) The workers are so kind it is unlike any other fast food service I've ever had. This chick-fil-a is one of the prettiest and cleanest ones I have ever been in. I especially loved the fall decorations! The... food was hot and ready fast, even though they were very busy the service was amazing. The team members were wandering around therestaurant and were very attentive to any needs that I had.
