Was disappointed and due to cleanliness of the location. There were two individuals behind the food line eating food without... gloves on and then proceeding to cook food. With the amount of illnesses going around, this is unacceptable. I?m not usually oneto write poor reviews but the lack of cleanliness in this location is concerning. This is now an edit to this review becausedespite below comments from Chipotle I did email them twice to voice my concerns about the food safety at this location, and Iemailed them at their request with no responses. Food was ok, but place was very dirty (see pics attached) and it wasn't busy.

I have never had great experiences here, they are mediocre at best. I went in today with my costume on and asked for tacos. They... told me they would only honor the Boorito promotion if I ordered a burrito. I pointed to a sign on the glass that stated ?anyentree is $6 with a costume?. They again, said they would only give me a burrito for $6. I showed them an ad on the Chipotlewebsite also, again to no avail. They refused. I ordered three things for delivery and every single thing was wrong. I ordered sauce on the side and didn?t receive it. The bag... was soaking wet and I didn?t know why until I went outside and saw the sauce all over my driveway (pictured). I ordereddirectly from the website which I assume a chipotle employee delivered. If the driver had mentioned that to me it would havebeen a different story because I understand mistakes happen. Chipotle was never "good," merely a convenient place to eat when there were no other restaurants around. In contrast, this... location is astounding - I have never been more disappointed in my life: and I don't have a father. The staff here are among therudest people I have ever met, treating me with malice because I asked how the steak tasted. After being verbally made fun offor a simple question about steak flavor, I decided to get it. However, I was given about three pieces of steak in a giantburrito. My experience here was terrible. I took the burrito into the bathroom and threw it against the wall after I wascriticized and ripped off. My trip here was a waste of time and money and reinforced my disdain for the area. The Manahawkin location is the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. Consistently mess up orders, orders not ready on time, food... cold, food looks/tastes gross. I placed an order for pickup, sat in a line of cars in the pickup drive thru line for 20 minutesbefore receiving cold food. Meanwhile there were only 2-3 customers inside the restaurant. Food was good the customer service was ok but the place itself absolutely disgusting! Tables are dirty the manager seems like... he doesn?t care and they were a latex glove on the floor! I saw two people who worked with my pass of the glove one of them wasthe manager .I?ve been to Chipotle a different locations and they were always clean and the workers took pride at the store. Ihope chipotle will review these reviews for this location apparently it?s the same and reoccurrence of the situation.
