We Ordered a few months ago and didn?t feel well and thought maybe it was just a fluke. Today we ordered a large order of... boneless wings wings and Mac and cheese for our family and after eating, we instantly felt ill! As the hours have passed, a fewof us definitely have food poisoning ( not going into detail of symptoms). We will call the business in the am on this issuebecause this is not the first time we have experience this. Not sure if it?s old chicken or not changing out the grease. Read more
First time there. First off - love the way its setup where you order outside. Not a long wait for food. Ordered breaded hot... and honey bbq wings. They were excellent. One of the top three wings I ever had. Obviously everyone has their own preferenceso cant comment on anything else or their non-breaded wings, but these were meaty, tasty, and just all out solid. I could not be happier with the service and food Cluck'n Crabs provides!! We placed a catering order for an event we held on May... 7th and the staff absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our guests were extremely happy with the food, and Carleigh was kindenough to decorate the trays for the event! Every individual I interacted with took the time to make sure our event wascompletely covered, even going the extra mile to deliver the order right to our doorstep and customize our menu. We've beenrepeat customers before this experience, but I will continue to recommend them to our family and friends. Looking forward tohaving them cater our next event. Great for a local bite to eat. It is a walk up window store front, no indoor seating just FYI. I recommend the boneless if you... like crispy, the regular wings lack extra crisp even as well done (at least the sauced ones). The honey chipotle is my go-toflavor if you like a sweet sauce! We ordered online. The website was super easy to use. My food was ready in 15 minutes as promised. The person at the... storefront greeted me with a smile. The price was reasonable. We had the wings with the ?New? Honey Bourbon sauce, and thechicken Cobb salad. I absolutely loved the wings. The sauce was terrific. My wife enjoyed the salad as well. Ordered online..11:11am. They open at 11..delivery was supposed to be 11:57. I have lunch at noon. We had to call back. It... finally arrived at 12:15pm.. driver forgot my sierra mist, I got a boneless piece of chicken..I ordered bone in. I did not likethe taste. The chicken was dry and rubbery.seasoning was terrible. Funnel cake fries super greasy. The powdered sugar melted inthe grease. I don't recommend. But.. that was my first time. So now I know. And no I was not going to call to complain. First time ordering from there and NEVER again ? Not trying to bash small business owners but this was put together without a... care in the world. My chicken sandwich just thrown in there and a thin small piece of cutlet with space in between the breadingand the fried were soggy?even if you were let?s just say ?busy? on a Friday night at least make it look like you care.
