Had a super weird first visit to this IHOP last night. They are supposed to close at 8 pm (we arrived at 6:50 pm) and someone... was locking the door. They let us in but the whole vibe was off. I?ve been coming here a lot after the gym for the protein pancakes. The food is great but, why do they look at me like a weirdo... because I come by myself??? It?s happened the last 4 times I?ve come. They literally look at me like huh?? And keep asking me ifit?s really one person. It?s starting to get really annoying and it?s just rude!!! This is our first time visiting this IHOP. Walking up, the walkways having trash everywhere should have been our first tip off.... Being seated wasn't much different, the floors and booth were extremely dirty. We were then served hardly warm coffee thatseemed left over from a different table and our utensils were missing forks and spoons. Getting our breakfast order, the foodwas cold. So maybe we are naive but we were in the mood for IHOP? We were excited when we saw ?under new management? as we vowed to never... return again after our last experience. Well, I wish we never went. We sat at our table for a good 15 minutes before we wereeven acknowledged. We were a table of 6 including one infant and a toddler, making us not only visible but also audible as ourson likes to drum and sing wherever he is. Finally we waved down the manager and let him know we were ready as now at this pointmy son was starving. He took our order and after sometime our food came out. To our utmost disappointment, our beloved cheeseblintzes were CURDLED! Again, no one checked in on us but when they finally did, the manager didn?t even come over. They didremove the charge but still?This is how you get someone sick. The waitress was doing her best but was definitely overwhelmed.Nothing about our experience was positive from the service to the food. We once again retake our vow and will never returnagain. Just wanted to serve as a warning to any other families considering taking a walk on the wild side and considering IHOPfor a meal? Today the service was horrible. First a t we had to wait a good 15 minutes before we called someone over to help us. Then after... waiting so long for our drinks 30minutes. Over 45 minutes for our food, which was incomplete. I had to get up to her my ownsyrup and sugar. Then just to get the check, we were in there for all 2 hours. It was awful. People were just walking out. Ishould've done the same. Then somehow my bill was $84 for 2 adults and 2 children breakfast. ???? The food was better than it was under the old management however they just don't understand what a clean table is The first... table we were sat at the seat was all wet. I took the napkins and dried it then started to slip in spills on the floor. Underthe table was used napkins and straw wrappers. On the table stood 2 carafes. One clean, they other was half full with cold, oldcoffee from the previous guests. I asked for a clean table, he said he would wipe it. I explained that the floor was wet andthere was a lot of trash under the table. He still did not understand. I asked to he seated at a different table that wasclean. He picked up the menus and the used napkins and took us to another table that wasn't much better. This one was dry buttrash under the table and a carafe of old coffee riveled the first table. And he tried to give us the used, wet napkins fromthe first table. I asked to speak to a manager and explained the problems. He said the host had learning disabilities, offeredus free drinks. But no offer to clean the current mess. I told him about that and he said he would send someone over. He did;a waitress with a rag. I told her she was going to need a broom. The waitress was not happy to be serving me because I did notwant to sit in trash. When I got the check I was charged for our drinks even though I was told I would not be. After speakingto someone else, the charges for the drinks were removed. At no time did our waitress offer a refill on our coffee or much ofanything else. I left her a 20% tip in cash but usually give breakfast servers more. I don't expect a lot from IHOP but I doexpect a clean table. As always ihop is one of the best American breakfast diners I have been to?the strawberry banana waffle as well as the pancake... is a must have?it?s affordable as well as they have a good service !! A must try breakfast or you can say an everyday breakfaststop? Read more

I visited other IHops and I was able to get some vegetarian option, but unfortunately not here. I was able to get veg salad but... with lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, but no avocado(out of stock) and paid $11 for that. I visited on labour day weekend, nocrowd at all. Rest of the food like french toast was good. Staff was really nice ! Restrooms were pretty clean. Tables areseparated for maintaining the safe distance. Read more
