Waited 20 min for food. Wasn't told the card reader was broken and they only accept cash. Had to pee but they locked the doors... at 7pm instead of 8 as listed on the door. It?s torture. We?ve given this location our last ?one more chance?. We wasted THIRTY minutes sandwiched between two cars in the... drive thru this morning, unable to even leave. No one ever took our order, after thirty minutes someone at the window got theirfood & we were out. Occasionally an employee would ask, while laughing it up on their end, ?Can you hear me??. Seemed we couldhear them but not vice versa ? we listened to their convos as employees were bickering about which headsets they were going towear. We were there at 11AM! This is less than a mile from our home so we frequent this location pretty regularly out of ?convenience?. I have NEVER. ONCE.... received the correct order. Not once. Read that again. Staff will argue with you about codes that THEIR APP generates, even ifyou generate the code directly in front of their eyes ?it doesn?t work?. Drive Thru staff literally never listen to what you?reordering by punching in the incorrect food literally every time- Sausage Burrito = Steak & Egg Bagel? Double Cheeseburger= BigMac? Mcchicken= 10 pc nugget? Sweet tea that is so thick with sugar it tastes and feels like pancake syrup? I could go on. Donot waste your money here, you will not get the correct food, they will tell you that your order ?isn?t in their system? evenwhen you have the receipt and pull up your literal banking app to prove to them that YES YOU DID JUST CHARGE MY CARD,etc. Honestly, save yourself the stress, the waste of time, and the gaslighting- just hit up Panera. This is in Centerville VA. I was in a hurry but wanted something. I got a large order of fries. I will not return to this... location. I waited in the drive thru just to receive old, cold nasty fries that I tossed out the window. You would think thatwith waiting I would have at least gotten hot fries. Read more
Poor service. App wouldn't let me order breakfast or lunch at 10:45. Finally figured itself out at 11AM so I ordered lunch. ... Waited curbside for 30 minutes to get food that I ordered at 11AM. Finally had to go inside. Went inside and the wholerestaurant staff had no idea what they were doing and everything was chaos. There seemed to be no leader and workers werewandering around from behind the counter to the seating area. No one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. I could see all of thecurbside orders by number back there but only orders taken for the window were getting filled. Finally I asked if someone couldhelp me and 10 minutes after that I finally received my food from a sullen worker who seemed to think I was imposing on them. While Visiting I went in to get Breakfast and was surprised they had what I get back home A Steak, Egg And Cheese Bagel, asked... for it to be free of onions(Alergy) and asked they make fresh off the grill not scrape onions off, the cashier assured me shewould tell kitchen staff, however while finishing my order a woman walked in wearing street clothes and just started speaking tocashier like I wasn't standing there, she must have realized my dismayed look and said she was GM and asked why I had look on myface and I advised because I was about to ask why she was interrupting me placing my order, she smiled and we sorta joked aboutshe tried to explain onions are separated and not in tray with pre-made Steak Patties, but understood my request. I order samething 4 days a week in my home area same way.
