I used to love coming here. Everyone at the ordering station in the drive thru is so kind and makes my day. However recently... Chris has been taking orders and I can barley get two words out before he cuts me off and asks me a million questions about mydrink..if he let me finish what I had to say he would know. The staff works hard and as diligently as one might given the behavior of the over privileged under tipping pedestrian behavior... from those that frequent this incredibly busy location. My wife and I are alway greeted warmly and with respect. 95% the drinksare accurate and the order precise. The lot is tight, the long drive thru line onto a busy highway is both awkward dangerousand irresponsible but hey coffee and capitalism ???? Read more
This Starbucks location stands out from the rest. The staff here are amazing. They take the time to get to know their customers... and their specific drinks. If I'm not at home I will go out of my way to visit them before heading to any of the other localstores. Considering I order twice a day, they have proven to be consistent in preparing my sometimes off the wall coffeerequests. If you're just looking for a great coffee they are fantastic, if you are looking for a welcoming, warm and outstandingexperience then this location is a must visit. Read more
Would give 0 stars if possible. While this location must churn out some money for Starbucks that seems to be their only focus.... Walking inside prepare to be greeted by trash?. Everywhere! On the floor, on the tables, the countertop where the orders areplaced, every surface. Crumbs all over the tables and chairs. Cleanliness and maintenance have clearly fallen to the waysidehere. LED lighting strips hanging down under the display counters, command strip hooks hanging in random places with nothing onthem. Dirty dishes on top of glass display case. Hand truck, boxes and wet floor signs littering the hallway to thebathroom. No to mention, what seemed to be a manager, larger white woman, walked behind the register, yelling at staff and thenleaned over the counter to pour out her drink and have the staff remake it for her. What is happening here?! Someone in highermanagement needs to get a handle on this place. Read more
