The location in Manassas Mall tried to sell me something I didn?t want. They didn?t have regular pretzels and only had the bites... so instead of just informing me that it would take a certain amount of time the cashier spoke in a different language to thebaker and then told me it would take 15-20 minutes to make and if that is something I wanted to do. I replied, ?yes, I don?tmind waiting bc it?s been a long time since I had one.? They only took 7-10 minutes maybe to make the pretzel and then the ladyis talking in a different language staring me down and the cashier is laughing telling me my pretzel is ready and in ahumorously undertone asks me if I wanted anything else. I replied, ?no? and then left. I really feel like they did something tomy food by how they were looking at me and staring. Either way, they didn?t want to make a pretzel and then were condescending.I don?t play around with my food. That?s how people get sick and then that?s how people get hurt but I?m not the one. Will becalling corporate on Monday when they open bc the pretzels are in the trash and I want my money back. Read more
Bought a large cinnamon sugar pretzel bite cup. They literally only put cinnamon sugar on the top few. The rest were plain.... Absolute rip off. Can nobody do their job anymore? Last time I'm ever going to this place. If I could give it a zero star reviewI would. Read more
I got stomach flu from this place this past Saturday. I saw them working without gloves and as soon as I ordered peach lemonade,... and as soon as I drinked it I felt dizzy, did not make it to the bathroom and threw up in a trash can. I still have shivering,ferver and nausea it is been 3 days now. Please tell employees to wear gloves. Read more
I wanted a regular pretzel. Wanted to sell me a cup of pieces for more. Didn?t really want to make a pretzel for me. Walked away... without anything. No sale. So stupid! Bad business practice to try to upsell me and not give me what I walked across the mall tobuy. Read more
In my opinion as an average Joe is that these pretzels are amazing. I ordered the pepperoni pretzel in bite size and even though... there worth 5.00 it's worth it and I loved it. The location is also good too. It's right beside a map of the mall, by Sears, andby the food court to get a good snack. Read more
This is a review for the kiosk by Walmart, not the main front by Sears. Horrible customer service tonight. They have an... advertisement for a cup with drink and dipping sauce right there. Tried getting that but according to the cashier that's onlyfor medium cups and the kiosk only carries large cups. When I asked why they even advertise it at the kiosk she just had aflippant attitude and told me "I don't know." I can understand if she has no control over it but the way she spoke to me let meknow she couldn't care less about customer service. Perhaps she was anxious to get back to conversing with her boyfriend who wasjust hanging out at the kiosk. I've not had issues with the main front in the years I've gone to the mall so I'll make sure togo there next time. Or just go to Dunkin donuts which is only a few steps away. Read more
I waited a while to purchase my pretzels because of a technical difficulty with their credit card machine. Pretzels tasted... great, but after looking at my credit card statement, I was charged twice for the same purchase.
