I dont know I expect businesses like this that pay employees horrible wages to do better but this was bad. Brought my 2&5 year... daughters here for ice cream. The ice cream case was empty but it looked like they were cleaning it so I figured maybe they werestill serving. After standing there for 15 min being told someone would be right with me I was finally told that they had no icecream. Not a single customer in the store either so it's not like they were busy. Extremely bad customer service, last night I went there for ice cream, I asked for 3 scoops of ice cream which was $5.48, I told... that girl that I want that $5.48 3 scoops she was trying to put in a medium cup , I asked her to put last one in a small cupbecause there was not enough space that time she didn't tell me that she will charge me more.at the end she charged $8.78, whenI asked her why are you charging me more she said because of small cup than I asked her to give me little more ice cream shesaid why would I give you more both ladies had really bad attitude, don't waste your money and time go somewhere else .ice creamwas bad ???? too, I wasted my money.the lady was arguing alot . It's called 3 Strikes and your Out! Couldn't try anything because they were out of all three of my selections. This place is clean and in a decent location. However their ice cream menu is not consistent. The new Baskin Robins near I-66 is... a better option. Read more
I went there today and it was horrible. Most of the ice cream was almost empty with ice forming on it. I asked to try a flavor... and it tasted like freezer burn. I asked for a cake cone of ice cream but a new one and she said they had no more of thatflavor. My husband asked for a scoop of a different flavor and she said that she might be able to scrape out a kid size if hewanted it. Then she said that they had no ice cream in the back and what they had was all they had. She also informed us thatshe would be serving just these buckets until a new shipment came on Thursday, today is Saturday. I will not return. Read more
The diqari ice looked disgusting, like it had been sitting there for months. It had a pool of water in it and clumps of other... ice cream flavors floating in it. I told the young girl working behind the counter that it looked terrible and should bereplaced and she just gave me a dirty look and just stood there and did nothing.
