Store ID: 816. I'll never go again. After waiting over an hour for my food order, I watched 6 other tables arrive, order, eat,... and leave. My wife's food order arrived, she finished her meal and I continued to patiently wait. I eventually just paid for hermeal and left and was given the excuse they were very busy. This, of course, made no sense considering the number of people thatwere served and departed prior to us as noted above. Garbage service. My wife and daughter got their food about 20 mins before I did. My wife ordered cauliflower wings and my... daughter ordered a cheeseburger. I ordered 15 traditional wings. Not only did my wings come out late they only gave me 10 when Iordered 15 and they were cold. Also whoever they got running food there was high as hell!! Home boy had some blood shot eyes andbarely open! I understand smoking weed is legal and I have no issues with that. But if you can?t do your job right when highthen you need to be sober. Probably would get better service if you ordered door dash from here. Either way never going backhere and will never recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Forgot the cheese and pickles on my southern chicken sandwich I ordered for pickup tonight. Barely had the bacon aoli on it too.... Just a coleslaw and chicken sandwich pretty much ???? but I took the chicken patty off and ate it. The potato wedges were goodlike always. Read more
This is the 2nd time in a row that their service and foods not been good. I showed up on a lunch break and was told my food... would be done in 10 minutes. Unbelievably trash, couldn't even get an order of bone-in wings. My guacamole came out pretty grey and nasty. This restaurant... needs Gordon Ramsay to teach them a lesson. Whatever you do, don't go here, and don't bother listening to the good reviews. Read more
This place is trash. I was given old guacamole with my nachos, my entire order was wrong, they barely gave us ranch. This was... all carry out, so it?s not much we can do. My husband waited 45 minutes AFTER they already told him it would be out in a fewminutes. You guys have been terrible for years. Get new management, because this is ridiculous. I ordered the boneless wings sauce - Asian zing and original wings sauce - Caribbean jerk. The Asian zing was ok but the idk... what Caribbean they?re from but that is not Caribbean jerk it?s absolutely disgusting ,they tasted like molasses? would notrecommend and my wings were dry.
