Friendly, clean, food is fresh, we had sweet barbacoa tacos/rice&beans, and beef enchiladas/rice&beans. You get choice of pinto... or black beans, several sauce choices. Meal is very filling, good deal for the price. Highly recommend! Read more
The rice was either undercooked or left out to dry for several hours. It was like chewing on gravel. The grains actually... crunched in my mouth. The sweet pork tasted like candy. I expected a mild sweetness, but the plate was flooded with an orangesugar sauce which tasted like syrup and nothing else. Don?t eat there unless you first check your food for foreign objects!!! My family and I decided to have lunch at the Manassas... Cafe Rio location. Upon ordering our food and sitting down to eat, I ended up pulling some foreign object out of my mouth. Cometo find out, it was a sticker that is usually stuck on produce. I took my food and asked for the manager. I asked for a refundand was denied after the ?supposed manager? had to call their boss. They were rude and disrespectful, not caring about thehealth of their customers. The response was that it was a sticker that was on their tomatoes. I wanted a total refund sinceeverything we ate had tomatoes in them (tacos or burritos) and it came from the same container of their pico de gallo. I calledtheir customer service number on the website and filed a complaint with them and was told that I?d be fully refunded along withan investigation into the way I was treated. Now someone is going to have to answer for the overall treatment instead of simplygiving a refund. Won?t go there again!!! Read more
Good food, usually fast service; I just wish they didn?t seem to run out of Cherry Coke so often! It?s one of the few places... nearby that still has REAL fountain Cherry Coke instead of that fake stuff from the all-in-one Coke machines. Read more
It has a cozy and familiar atmosphere, adapted to the space for the pandemic, but the food is quite good, although it may need a... little more options on the menu. I love traditional drinks. The attention of the staff is very good. Read more
