Long time checkers fan and first time trying the new location. Yes, there are lines, new employees, lack of employees due to... covid but they are trying & friendly. 100% go to a different Checkers if you can, or to a different fast food restaurant. The line was really long (I waited around... 20 minutes in the drive-thru), and I constantly had to repeat my order. After several minutes of clarification, the workerconfirmed the order to me. I have allergies to sauce, so it's important that the sauce was taken off and marinated items (thepickles) were removed, and the worker repeated that my order would not contain that. I was instructed to pull up to the otherside, where a worker would manually walk over and deliver my food. I sat there for a while, and they gave me my food, however,my meal didn't have fries. I had to walk over and stand out in the cold, and I wasn't the only one who they got the order wrongwith, so I had to stand in line. After getting back, I discovered that they only actually got my drink right. Despiteclarification on this, my burger had sauce and pickles on it, with none of the lettuce I asked for. I pretty much only had coldfries to eat. Also, they wrapped the burger around the wrong way, which like, isn't a huge deal, but in general this place isreally disorganized. I would definitely go to a nearby fast food place or drive a few extra minutes for another Checkers. Read more
There was one car in front and one car behind me. When I got to the window the guy asked me if I had a certain order. It was the... completely wrong one. He then struggled to find the order that he himself had just taken a minute prior. But he was super nice.The older black lady who I'm guessing was the supervisor was incredibly rude. She basically pushed him out of the way and askedwhat I had. Every time I started to say what I ordered she would cut me off with an attitude as if I was being a bother. Shethen very rudely asked for my card. Aggressively told me the price as if I had done something wrong and stormed off. I could seethe embarrassment in the kids faces. The young girl and boy were super nice and were doing the best that they could. The ladywas so rude to them and me that I almost spoke up. She should not be working there if she is going to have a terrible attitudelike that. I didn't even get a receipt. I could just hear her yell at the girl to take the card back to me. It was reallyawkward sitting there. I was very excited that checkers was coming down the road from me but if this woman is going to workthere then I'm never coming back. I read very similar reviews online and thought "it can't be that bad". This is the first timein my life iv filed a complaint and that says a lot about what happened. Update: Tried going back and the same lady was there.Again was very rude and slammed the window shut after I told her thanks and to have a great night. She acts like she doesn'twant to be there and that the customers are annoying her. Was hoping things would be better a second time, but I guess this iswhat it will be going forward. Read more
I?m not sure about the other reviews but there are some employees there that are awesome! Our fries were hot and the food was... delicious. One employee went above and beyond to make sure we got our order. We are very appreciative of the staff. Keep doing agood job! Read more
I know this place just opened and they're still working out some issues, but this was a lousy experience. It was very, very slow... moving. The person that took my order was distracted, impatient, and kept asking me to repeat myself, because they would stopand talk to coworkers in the middle of my ordering. When I got to the window, they handed us the wrong drink and did not knowwhich order was ours. The girl that was handling our money was rude. Once they finally gave us our food, it was missing half theorder and what we did have was prepared incorrectly. By the time they gave us the missing items, our food was cold. We orderedthree combos and a kids meal with no side dishes and it cost us over $40, but the value of what we received was worth about $20at most. Nothing special. Make sure you ask them to describe your food before you order it, because they cut corners on qualityto save money. We will not return. Read more
Went for the 2 for $5.50 as advertised on local TV and not only got overcharged (2 for $6) but these are the sandwiches they... gave me. The buns are horrible and the food was not hot. I did the survey that was on the receipt and the management has yet tocontact me. Will not be returning. Read more
They are finally open! It had been a while so wanted to test the Triple Big Buford to taste how the patties tasted. Was... pleasantly surprised, the patties were hot and still juicy, and had a good flavor to them. Definitely, better than McDonald'sBig Mac patties. Not 5 Guys level but decent for fast food. There was a little bit of a wait but that is probably due to themjust opening recently. I will have to come back and try the shakes and fries, hopefully they are as good as they used to be inthe past. Read more
Pulled me up to the front of the building to wait just to give me a cold mother cruncher with barely any onion tanglers. Fries... were hot but could tell they just put cold ones back in the grease. Pretty easy to see the chicken has been sitting too long would much rather wait the 5-7 mins for a fresh one. Read more
