We have always loved Chili's, but this one surpassed all the others. Super friendly staff, super fast service! We ordered our... drinks and appetizers, and another waitress brought them to our table before our waitress even walked away. Our food was readyshortly after. Not even one star, when we arrived the restaurant was so dirty and smelled so bad. We waited to get seated even though half of... the restaurant was empty. Then the girl who was assigned to serve our table was replaced with a man with a hairy face. He toldus to hurry and order our meals because it will take a while. Our appetizer was a very little portion. We had to wait almost anhour for our food. My salmon was overcooked and very dry. The broccoli was like it was from the day before and the plate was somessy with the rice. I returned the plate, and we will never go back again. Read more
This Chili's location is one of our favorite places to visit because of the little pond out front. It is really pretty to sit... outside during sunset and eat. We enjoy visiting this location! Read more
The FOOD was HORRIBLE! WE WENT AT OPENING 11 AM. The staff was standing around looking at us then once we were seated we... ordered. Once our food came out it was so bad that we couldn't eat it. We took a few bited the hamburger bited tasted freezerburnt and watery. The salads looked like they was from the day before with package chicken not even real chicken it was notgrilled like it was supposed to be. 80 dollars to get up and walk out still hungry because the food was that bad. ???? Waiter never came to our table after he took our order. Never got drink refills. Had to flag down another waitress for... condiments. Everyone seemed thrilled to be there. Horrible experience. I ordered the chicken crispers in original, with 2 cups of ranch and honey mustard. The waitress acknowledge each thing I said.... However, when I got my food, I received the Crispy Chicken Crispers, which had a smokey burned-oil taste, and only one of eachranch and honey mustard. The only thing that saved the visit was the multiple visits from the waitress, kind manners, and thebowl of enchilada soup I ordered as a side. In the middle of me typing feedback for the visit on the kiosk at the table, ittimed out and locked me out of leaving feedback. Quite a dis-heartening visit. Read more
I stopped going to Chili's years ago because I never thought it was a good experience. Found an old gift certificate yesterday... and my wife and I went last night. Waitress was great and food was very good. May need to start coming back. Read more
