Last minute dinner idea after 9 pm. There was food still to choose from and didn't taste old. Nice not having to wait in a long... line like during their dinner crowd. Black beans were out and chips were not bagged up but overall all the food we ordereddisappeared into our stomachs. Prices have gone up paying almost $20 per bowl/burrito all said and done. Read more

Absolutely will never order from here again. The worst portions I have ever received. I could tell immediately that the bowl was... light. Ordered pick up and there was a total disregard for any items selected as "extra". In fact, I think I got less for itemsI asked for more. Never have had such a pathetically put together bowl such as this one. Save your money and go to enoughlocation. Read more
My husband and I wanted Chipotle for dinner. But unfortunately the worst of worst I have ever seen . Liberia location has a big... dining room with plenty of tables. But not a single table was clean. Floor was not swept trash cans were overflowing. Half ofthe drinks were empty. I wanted to buy chips but manager said they didn't have while in front of my eyes there were 3 full hotelpans of chips and some bagged chips and when I mentioned those she said that those chips are only for on line orders that youmay have or may not. If you tell me at 9pm that you don't have chips then i get it but you are telling me in the middle ofdinner peak at 6:30pm that you don't have chips? I didn't know on line customers are more important than the customers who comesto the restaurant, make the line trying to get Chipotle experience. Are you serious Chipotle? What is going on ? Been here a few times, was always crowded during my visits (usually late afternoons). Be prepared for some waiting. Due to the... crowd, it does take the staff some time to clear out the tables, etc but this is expected given the current laborshortages. Good service, consistent taste, esp their salsa. My only recommendation is to increase the frequency of thecleaning. Read more
Update 5/2022: i waited a year to try again, and it was still pretty disappointing watching everyone go through the line faster... than I had ordered ahead with plenty of time. about 8 or so of us were standing there waiting for our food in the "order ahead"area. oh, and they skimped on everything. so TL;DR a year later: still pretty bad. 2021: I waited 25 minutes for my orderedahead food after the promised time. I showed up on time, watched the entire line of people get food and leave before me, andpeople showed up to get their app ordered food after me, and left before me. I can't emphasize my frustration enough, justgrossly incompetent staff. Update: The bowl is literally leaking juice everywhere, the chicken is not all cooked fully, thecauliflower was basically salty water. I am so displeased. This is absolutely disgusting. Read more
Ordered pick up for 5:15. They didn?t even begin fixing it until 5:40. The restaurant wasn?t even very busy at the time. No... apology was given and person at cash register was incredibly rude. When I finally got dinner home to my family (including threelittle ones), I opened the bag to find the burritos I had ordered (and paid extra to be) double wrapped with extra fajitaveggies were tiny. Then when I cut them open I saw that they had nearly no meat. It?s bad enough to not have my order ready ontime and to be rude about it, but to also charge me extra then give me less is incredibly frustrating. Read more
Chipotle always makes the best food. It can take a while for them to deliver but the food is so good, I find it worth the wait.... I usually get a burrito or burrito bowl. Read more
