So I have to update this. Originally I gave this place a decent review but the last several times I've ordered here have not... been great. The last 4 times in a row at least one thing is completely wrong on my order. Like not even really very close. I'mincluding pictures as an example. One is the receipt showing what we ordered and the other is what we actually got. At thispoint, it's a pretty strong trend. I would bet my bottom dollar that if I ordered again, something would be comically wrong withthe order. Additionally when I noticed some stuff was missing, the person at the counter took the bag with an obviously annoyedlook, checked it, threw the stuff in and pushed it back at me. Not like crazy rude or hostile, but enough that I was a littleannoyed. There is like no parking. There are maybe 6 spots up front that seem to be perpetually occupied. The parking spots onthe side have barricades around them. And then out back there is plenty but there are always some unsavory characters hangingaround the dumpsters back there that are concerning if you have a nice car that you don't want to get broken into. HORRENDOUS & NASTY STAFF! UNFRIENDLY! SMALL PORTIONS! This location has the most unprofessional and nasty ladies I've ever met... in my life. I have a family of 6 and all the portions were all wrong, they barely gave us food. It was the body language for meand the lady next to the cashier kept rolling her eyes. The first girl behind the counter next to the tortilla press machineasked for some more brown rice in the back and I saw her scraping the container. She gave me half a scoop of brown rice in mybowl and a half a scoop of the new garlic guajillo steak. She passed my bowl to the next lady without waiting for the brown riceto be replenished. I asked the lady next to the cashier (in charge of toppings) for some more rice and told her that she waswaiting on some more brown rice. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at me like I was crazy. She kept looking down at my foodand looking up at me. She finally passed it back down to that lady by the tortilla press and slammed the lid on the counter. Shewas so mad that she had to take the lid off. My husband ordered 9 tortillas on the side and the toppings lady next to thecashier asked him if he asked the lady in charge of the tortillas. She was implying that my husband should walk back over thereand ask her to give him 9 tortillas. The cashier kept asking for the tortillas because they were not making it. When she wasdone with all 9 tortillas, she slammed every single tortilla on the counter in front of my husband. I'm not sure if the cashieris the manager but I couldn't believe she was allowing this to happen. My husband and I kept it together because we didn't wantto make a scene in front of our kids. My family didn't ask for anything extra or for anything free from your establishment, wejust wanted the food that we paid for done right and be treated with respect. They gave us poor customer service and theportions were small. We decided to stop supporting Chipotle altogether and will go somewhere else. Read more

What's up chip so I love chippotle it's always good I wen this time a little later then usual almost closing so I can't really... complain about the food as I know how the restaurant industries works and everybody want to clean and get home for the nightanyways everything was great yhe pork here I tried pork at Chipotle for the first time and at the beginning it was good Ithought it was great but then my gums started to like burn or melt off and thennkater that night I got really bad stomach acidand threw up on the side of Centerville road here in Virginia but the. One odd thing happen while my visit I cared but notenough to care as that some balls for a employee to do and they really needed Money lol but as I was finishing my bowl I wantedto see cost for the pork because I usually do chicken or steak but I notice the bowl was like sixteen dollars do unless I'madded everything wrong I belive someone gave them selfs tip with it my consent. Honestly I'm not much of a fan on Chipotle, but all my kids are obsessed so I'm here often. The service has always been good, ... fresh food and pretty quickly made. Just don't go during bust hours like lunch time 12-1 or 4-6pm or you'll be in line forever.If you do go during those times order online and save yourself some time and trouble Read more

I went here on my lunch break around 12pm. Walked in, there was about 4 people in front of me and the line seemed to be moving... slow. When I finally get to the front, I had to wait TEN MINUTES before i was served. Instead of the guy paying attention to theperson in front of him, he decided he and the rest of the team were going to do online orders first. Im not sure how Chipotleruns their business, but it would make sense to have a separate person run online orders and have everyone else focus on thepeople in the building. And the guy had no regards about it. And when he noticed I was getting impatient he says ?i HAVE to dothese first?. Wasted my entire lunch basically waiting for food. I wouldnt have wrote this review if a few of my peers didnt goas well after I did and they all agreed that the service is horrendous !!! It's chipotle, so everything food-wise is the same as any other you've ever been to. Clean and quick. No water cups though, and... no apology for it either. Realizing this isn't mandatory, but not good customer service either, and the lack of anapology/smile, just irked me. I'd have bought a cup for $1, but I won't buy a bottle of water so lose-lose I guess. Read more
