Two days they made mistake making the pizza i ordered. So had to wait again while baked another one. Employees are very friendly
****GLUTEN FREE REVIEW**** Since I was told I have Celiacs and my diet had to be completely gluten free, one of the things I... missed the most was pizza (we know sometimes that can be a great comfort food as well ). I have already experienced my reactionto cross contaminated foods where although the food itself is was gluten free - I reacted to it because it was possibly cookedor utensils used where other gluten containing foods were. Going through a tough time - i craved pizza and googled any glutenfree pizza - Dominos came up. Please note that this review (hope dominos managers are reading) especially goes out to Elijah(spelling?). I went in this location yesterday requesting gluten free pizza. He said they have it and after I asked about crosscontamination, he took a few minutes to ask me how bad my sensitivity is. I explained I have celiacs and even crosscontamination affects me negatively. He understood and told me to give him about ten minutes. When he came to me with my pizzas- he told me he used a new blade and everything on my pizzas. I waited to see if I would react negatively to the pizza and I DIDNOT! (except for having eaten too much lol). I had to post this review because I think it's important that management knows thetime he took and because of his efforts, I had no reaction and maybe management can use this as a training tool for otheremployees. It's nice to eat pizza again!! (well at least from this location). I would recommend though (even Elijah said it) ifyou have a serious reaction to gluten - call the location so they are aware or if close go into the location. Thanks Elijah atDominos! Great hardworking staff tonight ! They were very organized and efficient. Pizza was perfect
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Here's tonight's timeline... 6:40: Order pizza on the Domino's app. 7:00: It came out of... the oven. 7:30: Call Domino's as it wasn't even out for delivery. The guy that answered said it might be out with the nextbatch but then put me on hold for nearly 15 minutes. I finally hung up. 7:47: Call back and immediately be put on hold. Nogreeting whatsoever. On hold 3 minutes. Hang up. 7:51: Call back. Was immediately told "hold please". When the guy came on theline, I canceled the order as the tracker estimated delivery was 8:08!! Like seriously??? How is this acceptable? Over an hourafter it came out of the oven? How is that proper food handling procedures? We might have gotten food poisoning. 7:57: CallTony's. They tell me 25 minutes. 8:15: Leave for Tony's to pick up the pizza. 8:19: Arrive at Tony's. Pizza is ready. 8:23:Arrive back home. Enjoy a hot pizza. Lesson of this story: NEVER ORDER DOMINO'S FOR DELIVERY For reference, Domino's is acrossthe street from my house. (Yes, I know I could have picked it up but life situations made delivery easier. I ordered at 6:14pm it has now been over 1 hr since my Initial order. I contacted the store at 7 pm which I was then placed on... hold with out getting a chance to speak. Once the dominos team member was in the phone he had informed me they were short staffand that my order just went in the oven. Asked to pick up my order and he insisted that it will be delivered and the order wasjust about to be done? It is now 30 minutes since I spoke with the store. I live 5 min away and could have picked up the orderto feed my kids dinner. Read more
