Friendly staff & fast service.
If I could give this Dunkin no stars I would. The star is for location not service. My main issue is the last three times I?ve... done curbside service, I?ve had to go in and get my drinks. Don?t offer curbside if you?re not going to serve customercompletely. As well any time we ever ordered from home our order is missing something. The location is ideal but customerservice is lacking. Don't go here. They dont give you what you paid for. They didn't add coffee to my signature latte. It was just milk & sweetener.... Are you serious? Who forgets to add coffee to a coffee drink? That should be the base & the first thing yall add. They alsodidn't give me the extra sausage patty & cheese I paid extra for. The whole reason I came to dunkin was for the coffee which Ididn't even get. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but I expect to get what I ordered & paid for. Ordered Carmel macchiato with extra Carmel and a hot coffee. Received macchiato with no Carmel and a ice coffee. Should of... looked at the recipient. Put the hot coffee as an ice coffee. Had to wait 10 minutes. Was fed up and left with what they gaveme. How hard is it to take an order and make it correctly. Read more
First I must admit that this was my first visit of any Dunkin' - ever. I heard they had ice cream so I thought I might as well... try it given 90 degree weather. Instead of ordering a la carte I wanted to take a trip down memory lane and ask for a flavor Iused to like in my childhood a couple of moons ago. So I asked the server if they had Stracciatella ice cream with the caveatof telling him that I wouldn't expect them to have it but that asking couldn't hurt. I explained what it looked like and hethought about it for a brief moment before pointing me to a vanilla ice cream with chocolate shavings. I accepted and must sayit was a close as it gets. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I'm extremely upset with them. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday 4 days ahead.... When the time came, we were told they didn't have it. Said they called me to let me know. I never received any call or voicemail. They said to get one of the cakes that they had available. All they had were frozen and unicorn. She's 19. My daughterdoesn't like frozen anymore, how do you explain to Downsyndrome teen they didn't make her cake. She was crying very upset. Sowas I. I pre paid over $80 for it as well. I was driving through MD area and decided I need a coffee this location is 24/7 I have to give them 5 stars for the great mood,... kindness and fantastic customer service at 5am after a long night!!! Bathroom did not have soap and told the manager about it...he immediately went to the bathroom to take care of the issue!!!!! BYW Place is absolutely clean!!! Coffee and croissant wasdelicious!!!
