Horrible customer service and overall experience. The waitress demanded ID for a non-alcoholic beverage. Afterwards, she... proceeded to take everyone else?s order except mine. I sat there for 15 minutes, and watched the waitress take food orders ofpatrons who arrived AFTER me. After bringing this to the manager?s attention, he proceeded to take the waitress? side andcompletely ignored what I told him occurred. Dale needs to seriously consider who keeps Hooters? lights on. Just wanted to drop by and let management know that Alice is doing a stellar job. We felt so welcome and taken care of with her... impeccable customer service last night. For this to be my first hooters I was very disappointed. It?s overpriced paid 50 dollars for 2 dishes (just some wings and... fries). It?s wasn?t even busy and they still didn?t acknowledge me. We had to wait over 5 min to pay for our meal. Service wasjust not there. Food was bad my chicken tenders rubbery. I could of used it a squeaky toy for my dog. Read more
Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. To start off when we walked in we were not acknowledged nor sat down for 5... minutes and once we were the booth lights were broken and our food took about an hour to come out but the real kicker was whenthe MANAGER of hooters was screaming and cussing out our server in front of the whole restaurant. And when the food came out anhour later it was cold and completely wrong. We couldn't even tell our server cause she was to busy getting cussed out and thenwalked out!! Read more

What I ordered vs what I got. If you are ordering take out from here, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHNE YOU ARRIVE!! This is the... second time this establishment has messed up my pick up order. This was the driest burger ive ever had. Not to mention when Icame in NO ONE directed me where to go for my pick up order. About 2 or 3 waitresses passed me as I stood at the host stationand didnt even acknowledge me. After about 12 min of standing at the host station the bartender asked if I was picking up andgave me my order. Read more
I really enjoyed my experience at your establishment today while I was celebrating my birthday with a buddy of mine. The food... was great, but our Hooter Girl, Alice was AMAZING!! She was so kind and sweet and very attentive. Her personality alone makesher a magnificent asset to your company.
