I want to like this place because it?s the closest bubble tea to me, but every time I go I get my order messed up, I?ve ordered... 50% sweet before and gotten an extremely bitter drink, I?ve gotten 70% sweetness before and gotten what feels like straight updrinking sugar. They?ve gotten my toppings wrong, they mess up milk vs regular tea, I?ve gotten the wrong size, and I?ve gottenmy order completely wrong. Cannot pay until you select a tip on the screen, while the employee stares at you. Takes way too long to make the drink and then... they give you attitude when you ask why it?s taking so long. Here?s a thought? stop standing around chatting amongst yourselvesand serve your customers. Read more
The milk tea's okay, but competition in the area would definitely ruin them. My main issue is they close super early. Like... earlier than what they post online and on the door. 10 PM on a Friday should not mean before 9:30 PM, if not earlier. I'm justassuming cause that's when I got there and they were already locked with somebody just chilling inside. Read more
If you?re going to close more than 30 minutes early, at least have the decency to say something to paying customers standing... outside who placed online orders, instead of sitting inside acting like you cant hear us. Needless to say, never coming hereagain. Read more
We are used to having bubble teas in KungFu tea; however this one is not ok for us. We ordered little sugar(30% or less) 4 cups... and got all with 100 +% auger. The staff did wrote little sugar(30%) on the cups in front of us. No idea why they ignored. Read more
3 out of 8 drinks order don't have the topping already paid. Beside the issue they missed the paid toppings, their business... practice of correcting issue is head scratching. When bringing back, employee used bare hands to remove sealed cover, addedmissing bubble, and re-sealed the drinks. Is it typical practice of Kungfu tea (aka master of tea) to use bare hands to removesealed cover, adding missing toppings, and re-sealed the drink in front of customers? Totally unacceptable.
